We had an amazing time aboard the Zep Tepi! The boat is beautiful and spacious and the marina and setting are lovely! If you want to really get away and experience sleeping with the peaceful rocking of a boat, book this now! Chelsea was responsive and helpful as we got used to the workings of a boat too.

We had the best few days in the Keys. We wanted to stay in Marathon to be centrally located to the Keys to the south and north. The boat was beautiful and clean with the most wonderful outdoor seating area to enjoy. The sunsets were spectacular and Charles and Annette were an absolute treasure and gracious hosts. They are charming conversationalists with incredible stories and wit, they showed us what a life well lived looks like. We enjoyed our time immensely and would love to stay again if we had the opportunity. We hope to see Charles and Annette in the future.

Just as the previous reviews state, Rob was tremendous in every single aspect. He is especially great with communication and is incredibly thoughtful and accommodating with bottled water and he provided a treat in the form of Charleston wafers, which my family loved. Rob even check-in with us to see how things were going along the way. I was initially concerned about how comfortable my family of five would be, but Rob reassured me that we would be fine and I’m happy to report he was right. To give you an idea I’m 6’3” 300lbs, my wife is 6 foot, my oldest is also 6’3”, the other two aren’t a big concern YET anyway with respect to height and weight. We all slept comfortably and had fun diving into nightly movies from his movie collection on-board to avoid the heat. We had an awesome experience on The First Lite and hope you will too. Thank you so much Rob for sharing your vessel with us to build on our family memories.

We had a great time on the boat. It is definitely best described as glamping but with everything you need and the bonus of air con, refrigerator and small freezer, microwave and TV. it was lovely sitting out on the boat. The marina is very well kept, great heated pool and restaurant. we saw dolphins and gators walking around the marina. the only negatives were the odd smell on the boat (musty smell) and the on board toilets (which were also very smelly) - however the marina have a nice shower/toilet block and very short walk from the boat. Charlie was very attentive and the cakes, milk and bottled water was much appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay on the boat and also our two hour sunset cruise. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great location and very fun experience.

This space looked like it did in the pics per the listing. My favorite part of my trip was the bed and the communication lol David and Angela were so nice and they were easy to reach. The boat was beautiful though and like I said, the bed...between that and the waves...I slept SO well! It was a great experience. I’ve already recommended to friends and family and I would definitely go again!

Captain Ron is the most AMAZING host! I enjoyed hearing his most wonderful stories! This is such a PERFECT & PEACEFUL atmosphere!! I can't wait to return again!!

Our stay in Jupiter was great. Location on the water gave us opportunity to fish off the rental and soak up some sun. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants and close to the beach/inlet. Our fishing charter even picked us up at the houseboat. Overall, we had a great experience.

Dennis was more than hospitable. Periodic showers come through in Florida regularly and he was always attentive if we needed extra towels to dry the boat. He even brought out fishing rags for my husband to use. This was a trial to see if we would like to houseboat part-time in retirement. The verdict was a definitive YES!

STAY HERE!!! This is a unique way to experience Fort Lauderdale and added a layer of fun and excitement to my stay. Rose (the host) has done a fantastic job of making the space comfortable and is warm and welcoming. I was able to walk into town or to the beach and honestly probably could have done without a car rental but I’ll remember that for next time. If you have a sense of adventure and are headed to Fort Lauderdale, keep this stay in mind. I know this will be on my list of places to stay again. I felt safe and happy every time I was in or out and Rose was very accommodating when I asked to check in early. Her welcome book is full of great advice for things to do or places to eat and there are little notes all over the boat to help with instructions since it’s not your typical Airbnb room or house. I’m looking forward to my next Graceland stay.

This was a perfect experience!!!! Exactly what I needed!!! It a very unique experience and a perfect way to getaway and unwind simply!! My husband and I took a quick Florida getaway to beat the NJ winter and this place was exactly what I needed. It was such a wonderful change of pace. It truly reminded me that life is simple. Keeping it simple is where happiness lives. Thank Alejandro. You are amazing!!!!

This was our second stay- this place is so cool you won't want to leave! The Egg Harbor is one of my favorite boats and Pura Vida is a fine one, thanks again Tony love your place!

Art and his son Ethan were great to work with. We weren’t clear on the parking but once we figured it out it was “Smooth Sailing” from there. Staying in his boat was so peaceful, just what we needed. Definitely would recommend staying here.

This boat was the absolute best for snuggling up with a warm drink on the bow and watching the sunset. The Marina restaurant was tasty and the little downtown just minutes away offered a good outing. Perfect for a weekend couples getaway!

Beautiful and unique spot, short drive to beach and restaurants. The boat was cozy and stocked with all of the essentials. We loved having a sunset drink up on the deck!

Had a great stay! The boat has all the needed ammenities, is very clean and almost feels like a hotel with all the fun of being on the water. We enjoyed using the water light at night for some fish viewing! Ron is a great guy and even leant us his personal cooler and lawn chairs for the beach. Super easy to work with, as well. Highly recommend!

Came down for the weekend and was perfect for 2 of us. Super clean, great view and firewood provided!! The price is very affordable and definitely will be staying in it in the near future!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The hosting couple, Rosemary Helen and her husband David, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained, with clean linens, towels, and kitchen essentials prepared for arrival. It’s clear they put a lot of care into their home and their guests’ experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and inviting stay, especially for anyone such as myself who is into boats and being near the water. Will definitely book again!

This is such a nice place to stay truly! It was peaceful, I wish we had time to use the kayaks or charter a boat ride but the boat was perfect nonetheless. It was pretty cold at night but it warmed up quickly in the morning once all that sun started to come in. The extra blankets and the smart TV was night to relax and watch a movie. I will definitely be rebooking in the future, hosts were super kind and helpful (:

Had never thought off staying on a boat until the option popped up on the Airbnb as suggestions for our St Augustine visit. It was the pictures that drew me to Funshine. I’m so glad we went for it. Definitely worth it . The pictures were right on, the boat was roomy and comfortable and we loved waking up every morning & having coffee on the stern listening to the birds and then finishing our evenings with a margarita and watching the sunset. There is plenty of storage space and I was thrilled to see the boat was stocked with every utensils item you could think of. Also, not only did Chris have ice cubes in freezer for us but an ice maker was available too, important for those margs. The A/C kept the boat comfortable and parking was a breeze. Be sure to read the boat manual regarding certain processes while using the shower and restrooms. Quick trip into downtown only a few miles made it extremely convenient and not as cramped if we were to have stayed downtown. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent on the "Comfortably Numb". She's an older gal, bit still has a lot of life left in her. 'She' stole our hearts the minute we walked through her door! And HUGE kudos to our host, Kelly. She was the best - very warm and welcoming! Her response time was top notch, especially when you consider how crazy busy she stays. But, she was always available if we had any questions, and shared some great recommendations with us for places to check out in the area during our stay. Thank you Kelly for everything and please never lose that positive energy that you possess. Hopefully, we will have the opportunity to return to the yacht again in the not-so-distant future. Until then, we will cherish the memories made aboard the "Comfortably Numb", always and forever!
