Loved my stay here, felt right at home it was a gorgeous apartment, the host was really helpful and responsive, great location could walk to all the restaurants on rawaii beach. Was an absolute pleasure would definitely stay again.

Great apartments, not too big, but enough for a family. Very clean and fresh, everything is working and in good condition, comfortable to sleep and any issues we had, were solved super quickly. Thanks

Sehr schöne Anlage und eine sehr schöne Wohnung, leider war auch bei unserer Ankunft das Türschloss nicht zu öffnen, die Elektonik hat einfach nicht reagiert, irgendwie bzw. irgendwann ging es dann doch…. Nach langer Anreise, im Dunkeln bei gefühlt 33 Grad war es etwas anstrengend. In der Wohnung liegen dann zwei Schlüsselkarten, diese funktionierten problemlos. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig, der Strand war im April fast menschenleer, ebenso die Pools der top gepflegten Anlage. Durch das Security Personal hat man immer das Gefühl der Sicherheit. Parken ist direkt an der Anlage ebenfalls gesichert. In der Wohnung gibt es kostenlos Trinkwasser für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe und sind gut zu erreichen (für Snacks und kaltes Bier kann man wunderbar im Mickey Monkey nebenan sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang genießen).

Rezervasyon yaptığım andan itibaren çok iyi bir iletişim kuruldu. Ev fotoğraflardan daha güzel, kendi evimizde gibiydik ve ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Phuket’e ulaştığımızda Nikita bizi havaalanında karşıladı, arabada su ve şeker dahil her şeyi düşünmüştü. Bebeğimiz ve bizim için çok hoş hediyeler ve bizi çok mutlu eden bir not hazırlamıştı. Gezilecek yerleri çok iyi biliyordu, sevgili annesi Marina ile birlikte bizi çok güzel yerlere götürdü ve bunu tamamen gönüllü olarak yaptılar. Kısa bir tatil yaptık ama uzun sürecek dostluklar kazandık. Tekrar geleceğiz ve burada daha uzun süre kalacağız. Her şey için teşekkürler Niki&Denis&Marina🥰

excellent séjour dans ce logement, hôte très réactif et très arrangeant avec nous. je recommande si vous voulez un logement paisible, équipé avec une bonne wifi pour travailler l’équipe de l’hôtel est top !

It was great. Location has a very nice area on the roof with several pools. About 10-15 min walk to Bang Tao Beach, which is beautiful.

we had a lovely time at the flat. View from bedrooms and balcony was incredible. Enjoyed watching movies on giant TV in sitting room. Surrounding area is full of nice and cheap restaurants, beautiful beach and laguna, pool was small but very nicely done, flat is extremely secure with very modern locks, flat is vary specious, well lit. Especial mention to rather cosy sofa bed in sitting room ( gonna miss that ). My only constructive thoughts are kitchen can be bit more better equipped with utensils, pots, lids etc. and rubbish disposal in the block should be more efficient. Bigger disposal bins etc.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Top Lage, um etwas zu entspannen und nicht weit von Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, war erste Klasse. Sehr nettes Team und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb von Hatyai gelegen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, mit viel Natur umgeben. Die Nachbarn sind sehr still. Am besten die Unterkunft mit einem Auto erreichbar, bei Bedarf gab es die Möglichkeit ein Mofa zu mieten. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus vorhanden. Auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert. Die Sauberkeit ist Top, nach paar Tagen gab es neue Handtücher und Wasser. Das Schlafzimmer besitzt eine Klimaanlage und Vorhänge.

Super Location, Abgelegen und super privat. Große Räume, Klimaanlage, Pool vorhanden. Es war alles sauber und wir konnten alles nutzen. Kommunikation lief über einen Kontakt Vorort aber wir konnten auch mit Nangkam telefonieren. Alles in allem super und zu empfehlen!

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

Sarat ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, sie hilft bei Allem, wo sie nur kann, hat wertvolle Tips auf Lager und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zweimal verlängert und waren in insgesamt 3 Bungalows. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, im Schlafzimmer ist eine super funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Sarat betreibt die Anlage mit ihrer Tante und ihrem Onkel, die beide auch super lieb sind, man fühlt sich wie zuhause und alles ist sehr familiär. Wir waren hier mit unserer 12 Monate alten Tochter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden! Mittels Taxi oder per Grab App kommt man überall schnell hin und wir hatten nie Probleme bzgl. Transfer.

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

Good location nice and soft spoken house keeper BiG he was very sweet and helpful . The proximity of the place is very good on 4th Floor and got good swimming pool on terrace spacious 2bhk very clean and functional kitchen with all equipments

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Der Gastgeber hat auf alles super und schnell reagiert sogar wo ich den pin vergessen hatte für die Tür hat er ihn mir kostenlos erneut mitgeteilt und war jederzeit erreichbar die Umgebung ist ruhig aber man kommt überall super schnell hin mit dem Roller oder Auto mit Roller sogar extrem günstig ganz Pukhet von dort aus zu erkunden

Best for 2 days in Phuket. Was a little away from the busy part of the city which is great but since we couldn't get a 2-wheeler to rent, we had to walk a lot for getting some food and relaxing. The place had clear instructions to check-in & check-out, was safe and the pool was nice & relaxing. Nat, the host, was really responsive over the app and helped us for every question we had. Had a great time overall.

C’est mon deuxième séjour à cet hôtel, je ne regrette pas du tout. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins. La piscine est très agréable. Un séjour parfait en tout point
