Great stay just off the main road at Rawai Beach. The apartment was just as described. It was small but had everything we needed for a great stay. Really comfortable bed (which is so rare), fast internet, functional kitchen, washing machine, comfy couch, smart TV, lots of towels. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.. Would definitely stay again. The hosts were also very responsive so thank you.

The flat is good. It's located in the very center of Phuket, so it is quite convenient to get from them to the rest of the island. Kathu itself is not very picturesque, but it has everything you need for life. Claude always responded promptly to my requests, helped with everything and was friendly. There were issues with the Internet and the kettle, everything was resolved quickly. I really liked the pool in the condo, although there were not always free sun beds next to it. I can recommend renting Claude's apartment.

Our host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. He was always available, friendly, and attentive to our needs. It was clear that he put a lot of effort into making our stay as comfortable as possible. We truly appreciated his hospitality.

This condo suited me very well. I hired a bike which is not for the faint hearted while helped to get around if you're vigilant with the mirrors. You can walk to nearby restaurants or take taxis. I found the poolside very good and accommodation comfortable with good ir conditioning. The property was quiet for my stay. There are so many good places to visit and Ahmed makes very good recommendations. Thank you.

Words cannot even describe the amazing time that we've had here at this Airbnb. This villa is stunning!! It is absolutely huge and words cannot describe it to be honest. Mel's attention to detail is endless. She has thought of things that you yourself don't even think you need! It’s the little things that truly made a difference. We have never been to any accommodation anywhere in the world that has truly had this level of attention ….from the décor to the thoughtful amenities. We even received a lovely welcome basket on arrival which included a bottle of wine, beers, biscuits, chocolates and more! With most Airbnb’s, you end up having to purchase some basics but not here. It’s all laid out for your use. Oh, did we mention the amazing sunsets from the huge deck!! Our only grudge ….. we only had three days in this lovely Villa. Thank you Mel. We could not have asked for a better host and we will be back!

Elle’s place was stunning and in such a great area of town. There were shops and restaurants within a minute of walking and the beach was very close. It was a very nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

Квартира прекрасная, очень красивая, светлая, уютная, с потрясающей террасой. Немного требует ремонта, но очень комфортная для проживания. Не понравилось отсутствие горячей воды в душевой кабине. Мы мылись в ванне, но в ней нет шторки и вода течет на пол. Самое плохое было что хозяйка не дала никаких инструкций по заселению, хотя мы просили ее об этом когда звонили из аэропорта. Потом у нее просто был отключен телефон и мы не знали что нам делать. Координаты на Airbnb привели нас не туда. Мы сделали три круга прежде чем найти нужный въезд. Нам помог охранник, который не говорил по английски, но оказалось что ключи у него. Это был единственный неприятный момент. Позже хозяйка вышла на связь и принесла извинения. Также подарила сувениры. Спасибо большое за это, нам было приятно. Совет: вбивайте в google maps “BLEU CONDO”. Не используте координаты. В остальном все было превосходно! P.S. Вокруг очень тихо, не слышно шум дорог. Но петухи начинают в 4-5 утра, берите беруши :)

Large apartment with a beautiful view. Chris is always in touch and happy to help. Apartment has everything you need. Definitely worth what we paid. I wish it was cleaner, but that’s ok. Also feel like I was charged too much for electricity, I intentionally used as little as necessary, and still ended up paying for a few days what my friend that lives nearby pays in a month. Not the end of the world. Overall worth it and definitely recommend!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Great appartment pool gym ect. The appartment is at ground floor with a "littel" green space for lunch.

Super hôte ! Réponse très rapide et m’a donner quelques adresses. Le logement est super bien équipé avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. Une magnifique piscine très grande. Cependant l’emplacement est assez loins du centre de phuket (pathong) 20min. Moi cela ne m’a pas dérangée car j’aime la tranquillité. J’aurais juste rajouter un rideaux pour la fenêtre de la cuisine pour une totale tranquillité.

在这里住了8天，入住体验非常好，房子里面所需要的一切都很齐全，全家人都很满意，酒店有去海滩的车 每两小时往返一次，走路去海边也还好 15分钟左右，周边距离7-11、bigC 超市等也不算远，还有一个星期一、星期四、星期五都会开的夜市，总体真得很满意，如果还有机会，一定还会来此入住

Overall, a good place for family or friends of up to 6 pax and in my opinion, adequately maintained. Aircon is available in all 3 bedrooms while the dining and living area have it's own ceiling fan respectively.

Me alojé en el apartamento de Indrek con mi pareja durante 4 noches, y estuvimos muy contentos. Más que apartamento es una habitación de hotel o un estudio, porque tiene cocina, pero es todo un mismo espacio dentro del hotel resort Beach Heights. El estudio es muy agradable: está en una planta 6, con balcón, luz, el baño está muy bien y la ducha es estupenda. La cocina también está muy equipada, tiene sartenes, kettle, tostador, incluso una cafetera italiana. Y es como una habitación de hotel dentro del Resort, que también está muy bien. Un resort típico, familiar, con piscina y gimnasio, que nos gustó mucho. De localización está en un sitio perfecto en Kata Village, cerca de todo pero no está en la calle principal de restaurantes y tiendas. Y la comunicación que tuvimos fue con Aae, un contacto local de Indrek, y fue muy buena. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de sábanas y toallas al llegar y su respuesta fue rápida y efectiva. Si volviera Kata repetiría.

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!
