The living space is the second floor of the pictured garage which sits private and separate from the main house. Restaurants, piers, national parks, watering holes, grocery stores and beach shopping are each in reach by short drive or bike ride. It is central to all the summertime beach life with a safe back roads to walk your pet.

Owner of the house reside in the main house on the other side. We have 2 children but there is a good separation between two spaces for privacy. Family oriented neighborhood, so no Parties and loud music permitted, after 9 p.m.

You will not find a more well thought out space for 2 people than this spot. *There may be some construction noise during the day next door at the main house for the last two weeks of June and first week of July.
