I loved every bit of this stay. By far the most welcoming and made you feel like you made friendships and was visiting friends. Loved the place and enjoyed the company . The host went above and beyond. This is a stay I would suggest anyone to pick.

Mimi's Cottage was the best place I have stayed while away from home. It is peaceful and the host's have done a wonderful job of making it cozy and welcoming. My husband and I loved the attention from the cats and getting to feed the chickens was an unexpected thing joy, reminded me of my childhood.

Such a wonderful stay, the host is very accommodating to needs and wants for a relaxing peaceful retreat. With little treats like farm fresh eggs and jam Zella and Stephen will make sure you feel delighted to stay.

Beautifully nestled deep in the countryside, our stay in this home was like entering a forgotten era. Each room full of vintage & antiques. Outside the nickers of the horses echoed from their barn and they did visit occasionally. (They appreciated some cut apples). We did grill some chicken on the deck one evening as the sun casted silhouettes on the hill tops. STUNNING VIEW! Using the fire pit was also nice on the chilly nights. We met the Calico kitty, and she really was a great addition to our stay as we already were missing our own pets back home. We got her some treats and nick named her, "Miss Little Paws". She didn't seem to mind and followed us everywhere! Our mission in KY was to see The Ark Encounter. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! We also visited the KY Horse Park in LEX and did some thrifting nearby. We ABSOLUTELY would come back & also recommend as a 5 star! *****

We just loved this peaceful Kentucky farm and the animals and the view from the back porch is to die for! We did the bourbon trail and stayed Monday through Friday, but wish more time was spent just staying here and letting time go slowly by. We especially enjoyed the fresh eggs, bacon and biscuits every morning. We cooked out on thursday and Jackie has everything you need and more! a few good restaurants around but do yourself a favor and stay in and cook out instead! You won’t regret it!

It’s hard to believe this place is real!! Coming from Boston to this beautiful, peaceful property was just what we needed. I think my favorite part was rocking in a rocking chair watching the horses graze and play. 10/10!!! We will definitely stay here again! ( also was very comfortable, had everything we needed and was very clean) Thanks for having us!

I’ve stayed in many AirBnbs and this was the most unique, beautiful and homey. I’ve actually never seen a place that showed so much admiration for its surroundings and honored its history as this cottage does. When you come here, take good care to look at all of the details - they remind you that you have found your new Kentucky home. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. You will literally feel your heart slow down. Many thanks to John who was helpful and communicative before, during and after my stay. Perfect host.

The house looks exactly like the pictures online. Then you actually get to the place and realize that it's nicer than you previously imagined. It's on an actual farm and feels like a remote getaway. The allowance of using the fireplace thing on the outdoor patio was also very nice. The beds are also extremely comfortable. I couldn't have picked a better place for my wedding party.

great place to stay. our girls loved that there were sheep and chickens on the property. however we were not awakened by animal sounds. there were room darkening curtains. one thing to note is there is a staircase up to the front door, which our little one struggled with (no stairs once inside the unit). we appreciated the variety of board games and kids books that were available. the couch and beds were comfortable. we would stay here again.

I almost hate to let everyone know how WONDERFUL staying at Dawn’s Wagon Wheel Barndominium was—I’m afraid it will always be booked when we want to head back there, which we DEFINITELY will do. Great host, great space, great amenities, great location. One of my best AirBnB experiences!

After a long search for a quick getaway trip we were happy to find this place. Our kids reaction walking in to the place was everything. They were so happy and very spacious for them to run around. The game room was a great hangout and the patio a nice private escape.

Great place to stay! We spent the days at Interlake State Recreation area (25 minutes away) and spent the evenings here. Host was friendly and the house was clean! No issues with our trip

Lisa was a very welcoming host. She made us feel right at home and went above what we expected. The home met our needs and the surrounding land was so incredibly peaceful & beautiful. Would definitely recommend to anybody visiting the area. It is located less than 15 minutes from Ark Encounter. If our visit was planned for longer, im sure we would have even more things to recommend you to the Bluebell! Stay! You will love it!

Very friendly and helpful

This home was truly a beautiful place to stay for our mother/daughter getaway. Just what my daughter needed! The grounds are peaceful and serene. We appreciated the nature, deer, chickens, frogs and pond. The weather even cooperated for our Easter breakfast on the deck! The home was as described...comfortable beds, clean and clutter free. The decor was very inviting. Cindy was wonderful to work with and responsive. We enjoyed our visit from Gracie who went hiking with us. Would definitely love to come back and visit... 5+stars!

This was an amazing place for our family to stay. Outside there was a firepit, zip line for the kids, walking trail and plent of palces to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

Such a great place to stay!! Pretty clean and accommodating. Very relaxing and peaceful place! The animals were amazing to watch! The daughter was such a sweetie to talk to! Lots of cute little kitties to watch. Wish we knew beforehand that we could have bought fresh eggs and ground beef from the family farm instead of hauling from out of town. But I would definitely recommend this place!

If you have the chance to stay here, absolutely take it! The hosts were the most welcoming and friendly hosts I’ve ever stayed with in all my years staying in airbnbs. Their property was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The airbnb was also so cozy, and EXACTLY what me and my fiancé wanted for our getaway to disconnect from the chaos of the world. If you love cats, they have the best ( and sweetest) welcoming committee possible! They offered so many helpful recommendations for local restaurants and places to shop as well, which was so amazing. I genuinely cannot emphasize enough how wonderful they, and their home are! I’d absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

The accommodations were great. I felt right at home in the kitchen. The beds are comfortable. We were traveling thru, and just spent one night. This accommodation was just perfect!

We wanted a quiet getaway for a nice long weekend and this spot was perfect! We loved the hot tub and used it everyday. Randy mentioned some short trails to walk on which we would have done if the weather was better. The location was great if you want to get away from the city.

Stone Creek cabin is as the photos appear. The original design inside and out is beautiful. The interior is like a southwestern work of art, full of interesting details in the woodwork, tile and rock decor. It seemed to me to have been someone’s labor of love with attention to every detail. April continues to do the same, providing everything possible to welcome her guests, extra snacks and drinks, etc. There were plenty of supplies, linens. The master bed on the main floor was very comfortable. Every room was tastefully decorated and all rooms were perfectly neat and clean. ( Compliments to the cleaning staff since we followed a 13 guest bachelor's party. ) April is very kind and easy to work with regarding arrangements. I always felt I could contact her if we ran into a problem. We saw deer and a turtle outside the cabin. Not so much as a gnat inside the cabin. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone.
