Maria's place was absolutely delightful! The location is unbeatable, right near everything you could need. From the moment we arrived, both she and her husband made us feel right at home. Having a grocery store just across the street was incredibly convenient, and we loved discovering the nearby taco stand—such a treat! Gusto's bakery was an incredible find, just a short walk away, and we took full advantage of the easy stroll to the beach for free yoga sessions on the bluff. Maria's thoughtful touch of providing yoga mats was such a bonus! We truly appreciated that so many stores and restaurants were within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable since we didn't need a car to explore the area. The unit itself was spotless and secure, plus it was stocked with a variety of extra amenities like coffee, tea, cooking essentials, and personal care items. Overall, I can't recommend Maria's place enough. I hope to return!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

The apartment was very comfortable and well presented. True to what was described. Grocery stores and restaurants were walkable, with the beach a short drive away. Communication from Alex was great! Will be happy to return

Tracy’s place was great! We originally booked one night and ended up booking two more nights 😊 The apartment was clean and felt right at home. We had all the kitchen utensils to be able to make fresh homemade food, which is hard to do sometimes at Airbnbs! I was able to meet Tracy when she was helping our neighbors and she was so kind and let us know that whatever we needed to message her. Our sink ended up leaking a bit and right away she answered and help came in 5 minutes and fixed the issue. All in all we really enjoyed the space and definitely would recommend to others !!

Everything was as described and wonderfully. The property was exactly as depicted. The place was dog friendly and EV charging. It was a 15 minute drive to DT Joshua tree and there were great restaurants nearby as well.

Grayson was friendly and thorough in his instructions. We had some issues with putting on chains when leaving and he was understanding of that in regards to the checkout time.

We had a great stay at this fantastic house. It was very clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The host provided clear directions which made check-in super easy. Would definitely recommend.

The house was comfortable and had the best stocked kitchen of any rental I have ever stayed in. The walking trail at the end of the street was very nice. The pool and hot tub were also a delight during our stay. All the beds and pillows were very comfortable - a major relief because many rentals have the worst mattresses.

We had the pleasure of staying at Bryan’s beautiful home in Paso Robles this past weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and incredibly well-equipped — anything you could imagine needing or wanting to cook was already provided. The location was perfect — close to everything we were doing downtown, which made it so convenient. The home itself was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and so relaxing. We also felt very safe during our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful, worry-free getaway. This was a lovely place to stay. the neighborhood was quiet. There were a few restaurants and a great coffee shop/wine bar that we could walk to. Minutes away from downtown Culver City which has so many fun places to eat and things to do. The home was very open and spacious. It was clean, nicely decorated and very well stocked with everything you need. The beds were comfortable, great washer/dryer and a parking space! Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay that felt like home; super cozy and relaxing . It was super clean and the accommodations were wonderful. Cora and co were super friendly and it is super close to Joshua Tree. I would highly recommend if you want to make a weekend trip to Joshua Tree National park or longer!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay..extremely centrally located in La Quinta (Old Town walkable) ...clean, well appointed and Angel/Sophie were very responsive.

Absolutely loved my 10 day stay. Great location, amazing rooftop with pool and hot tub views. Everything was clean and comfortable. By day three I already knew I’d be coming back and rebooked the same place. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The place was well stocked, especially with items for the beach for the kids. We appreciated the clean rooms and clean sheets, as well as quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time we are in town.

Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

He's an amazing / friendly host who was very accommodating and had the best responsive time I've experience with a host before. the condo was very spacious and had quality utilities , and appliances. I hope to visit again next time I have family in town , when ever possible.

Overall very happy. This Condo had all the comforts of home. Having The Golf Cart made all the difference. Would highly recommend and stay again.
