Once again a lovely visit whenever I come down to the grays area this is the best apartment to be in everything was great and very clean and great communication with host .

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. I would recommend this flat for anyone come to enjoy the beach in Southend-On-Sea and having fun.

Emma and her family made my stay ultra welcoming and the place was a perfect hideaway whilst I got started with my new job. Emma was always on hand and responded to every question quickly and never made me feel like anything was an effort The place was clean, quiet and well placed for getting into London. Witham has a host of nice restaurants (El Pulpo being my fave), Freeport designer village is up the road and beautiful countryside is only 5 minutes drive. Can’t recommend the place enough and was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Nita’s place is centrally located, super clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

It was our first time in Southend. We loved the flat, it was nice and cozy and the outdoor space was a plus. Daria was very friendly and responsive, very good communication throughout. Location was central, in walking distance to the train, the pier, the beach. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. We had a great time. Thank you!

Loved our stay at this little apartment. Tamara was a super responsive, helpful and generous host! The cosy apartment had everything we needed, with comfy beds, all the necessities and a cute little book shop downstairs. The location is great with pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops close by and the beach a short walk away. Eleventy out of ten from the three of us. 🙏🏻

Fabulous stay in Whitstable! The house was perfect. A great location, fantastic amenities and dog friendly. It was a lovely weekend and we hope to be back again soon!

Had a great stay. Christie's place was brilliant - very clean, really welcoming and comfortable with relaxing sea views. Fully kitted out and lots of lovely touches. Had a homely feel and you could tell that a lot of care goes into it all. Christie was very helpful and responsive throughout my stay so no hesitation in strongly recommending this place. I'll be looking to return at my next holiday opportunity!

We had a great stay at Kates place. it's very deceiving to look at but the place is very spacious,off street parking it's perfect for a city break away. the beds are super comfy and the place was spotless. definitely worth a stay

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the high street with its great selection of shops and restaurants, and less than 15 minutes to the sea front. Despite being so close to everything, the apartment is very quiet. The flat is wonderfully eclectic and tastefully decorated, and the host was fantastic—very caring and responsive, addressing all our needs promptly. Our family, especially our toddler, felt right at home. There were plenty of toys, books, and even a train track set up upon our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch and kept our little one entertained while we settled in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.

What a wonderful place to stay. We had the most fantastic stay. The house was gorgeous with so many lovely details making it feel like "home" (without our usual clutter!) The house and garden are lovely, the beach is a couple of minutes away, as s are the shops. The weather was diabolical the day we arrived but the house was warm and cosy with plenty to do. Karen is friendly and approachable. Highly highly recommend! Thank you for having us!

Our stay at Mia’s place was comfortable and convenient for our needs. Everything was clean and as described, and she provided clear instructions for how to access everything.

An absolutely fantastic apartment. Its location was so central to shops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment itself was so clean and so homely. The beds were so comfortable and the towels and linen were so soft. Everywhere was clean and there was absolutely everything we could have needed. I even managed to get a load of washing done. The host herself was amazing, she responded so quickly to messages and gave incredible instructions of how to get in and where to park. Thank you so much for a fantastic break away, we would definitely come back.

Deborah's place was great! Very clean and tidy and was really homely. The bed was super comfortable, and already set up TV and netflix made it super easy to relax and have some down time. Very close to town so was able to walk to whatever we needed and some really nice restaurants and other things to do. Overall really happy and would stay again and definitely recommend. 👍

had a great time with my partner. found the place easily and had no issues getting in. rooms were clean/tidy. i noticed some plates were left oily by previous guests so we had to wash them extra after arrival. nothing major, just something that cleaning could get informed about next time in case a guest doesn't take proper care of the utensils/plates. this airbnb has about everything you could ever need. even if you can't find it, it's there, just look harder! any case you can ask britt-marie if you need something very specific - she's extremely helpful and responsive - or rely on the blue info folder she provides for guests in the living room (READ IT!). the area is lovely and quiet. travelling can be very time-consuming and pricey after a while so make sure you have the time and budget to book this place if you need to go centre often. it is still a way better/more affordable option than most airbnbs you'll find in/around london though. 10/10 worth it! best airbnb for a couple :)

The apartment was beautiful with lovely high ceilings! It was clean and very well equipped. We came from Dorset and with the help of Google Maps it was very easy to find the accommodation. It was a very easy walk into the city centre and took us less than 10 minutes. The city was very clean and had absolutely everything you could want. We would definitely recommend the apartment as it was so nice and welcoming.
