Come enjoy this unique A-frame cabin nestled in the foothills of Appalachia. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience a relaxing and convenient stay on the edge of Waverly City limits. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of our friendly Scottish Highland Cows & neighboring horses. It is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, providing you with an unforgettable getaway. Only one mile from US-23. Downtown Waverly has several great places to eat as well.

Cozy Farm Cabin

Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

Grounds rustic. Due to the age of the cabin prior to remodel, there may be some inconsistencies noted in the settling of the cabin over the years. You may hear a creaking in the floor when walking or see that a line is not perfect but we aim to offer a clean, comfortable stay

Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Great for work crews to relax after a hard days work. Peaceful and quiet with great view of horse pastures with wrap around porch. Plenty of privacy. No Heavy vehicles to cross bridge at this time. Parking on left side driveway before bridge if needed for heavy vehicles or trailers. Cars and standard trucks may cross without difficulty.
