Great place to stay very private. Not suitable for cars low to the ground the driveway is not car friendly.

We enjoyed our stay and wished that it could have been longer. As we drove up, the long driveway, and saw the house we were a little surprised… it looked exactly like the pictures! I mean, sure it should but they never really do… until now. It is such a cool looking house. It really looks like a captain’s boat. And so nice on the inside! It has a nicely equipped kitchen and really nice dishes and silverware. We ate in and everything turned out great! After dinner, all 6 of us enjoyed our time sitting around the dinner table and into the night playing card games. We were able to check in early without a fee! It was a great Easter experience. We bought bottled water at a nice price at the Dollar General. We were given several restaurant recommendations, we tried the Burger Depot and were pleasantly surprised by both the reasonable prices and the quality of their menu. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We all slept well! We enjoyed our stay very much!

The cabin seemed to be pretty new and was extremely nice. It was in a pretty remote area, which I liked. I’ve been to Toledo Bend many times over my life, and this was the nicest cabin I’ve stayed in.

We were a group of college girls staying for the weekend. The outside area was everything we could have asked for and more! The house had everything we needed as well. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive, even late at night when we had a situation occur. They made our safety and comfort their priority. The neighbors were also very kind and helpful. We enjoyed everything about our stay here!

We enjoyedddd this place so much! Everything was as explained and when we needed anything they were quick to help! Very friendly! This place is beautiful and peaceful! Will definitely be making another trip soon! Slept all 7 of us comfortably and loved how much it felt like home with everything you needed being provided!

Our 2nd time staying at Cotton Patch Cabin and again it meet our expectations. Very peaceful surroundings,clean with all amenities needed. Troy was easy to communicate with and pleasant. We won’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Cool place we will be booking again at the same house. We had a blast playing cards that were left there on the table. Very cool.little patio to hang out.on when we were outside. We did turn on the wifi but never watched tv. Too busy hanging out. The one thing that got me was the scorpion that stung me in the living room. LoL. But hey texas and Louisiana thats what they do. Ive got them sometimes too at my farm. But yes well.worth the stay. At that Air B & B. I know there are more in that area. But i.would only recommend Brett place. Thank you.for letting my crew stay.

Super cool spot! House was good, clean, big enough for us, and overlooked the lake. There weren't many paper products (so bring some if you need paper towels and such) but otherwise the kitchen was pretty functional. The host responded quickly when we needed to contact them.

This is a nice place and is was in a perfect location for my bass tournament.

We love staying here. Right down street from lake and boat launch. It’s always quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay! I LOVED the big kitchen! It was very nice to be right on the water. Ruby has the cottage decorated so cute! We loved feeling right at home during our stay!!

Enjoyed our weekend of fishing and caught our limit each day. This location allowed me to launch my kayak fairly easy down the slight hill in the backyard to the waters edge. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. WiFi is fast and the king bed was firm but comfortable. Restaurants are about a 30 minute drive from the house so keep that in mind as you may need to get what you need to cook etc before arriving at the house but it’s quiet, peaceful and relaxing there. Enjoyed the back porch and lots of bird activity.

The cabin was so much better than staying in a hotel while working in Many on a commercial project.

The cabin was exactly as advertised: rustic, comfortable, clean, and fully stocked with all necessities. The private boat launch and mid-lake location make for an even better experience. The porches and floating dock could be kept a bit tidier….but then maybe that’s what rustic is all about. Regardless, we enjoyed our four day visit.

Nancy & Shawn have created a wonderful get back to nature experience! From the area,cabin,little touches of homemade soap & tinctures to the lovable loo & outdoor shower which we took midnight showers in…to the peacefulness, it’s a match made in heaven all put together with love by those 2. (We brought our rescue cat & she loved it as well!!). We came as strangers & left as friends. We will definitely return!! Thanks for the hospitality and sharing y’all lil’ piece of paradise with us! Fantastic experience. feels like home immediately. Joe was a phenomenal host. he was extremely responsive, kind, caring, responsible, and he finds common ground with everyone. I hope to come back at some point.

We had a great stay for our weekend we spent at Sabine ATV Park. The place was very quiet and clean! I do feel like you should know about the dirt roads leading to the destination though if you aren’t used to driving your vehicle on dirt roads conditions. Otherwise, everything was perfect and the house smelled clean with comfy beds. Thanks for a great stay!
