We had the most fabulous time at Debb’s place! The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and surrounded by stunning views. We loved our walks with the alpacas and cosy evenings by the roaring log fire. Debb was incredibly warm and helpful, offering fantastic recommendations that made our stay even more special. A truly fabulous place to stay — we can’t wait to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Sorrel House. The property is just as described and was wonderful for a weekend away with longstanding friends. Grinshill is a peaceful village with good walking, and a relatively short drive or taxi ride away from Shrewsbury where we went for food in the evening. Everything about our stay was great and we’d look to book again!

The accommodation was great, clean & the hot tub outside really sets it apart from other places. Would definitely stay here again.

What can I say, an absolutely stunning place set in beautiful and secluded surroundings. My 2.5-year old son particularly loved having sheep as next door neighbours and lots of space to play and run around in. The building itself is just amazing and Ellie was lovely and kind enough to make fairy cakes for us! I would stay here again in a heartbeat - in fact I will 100% come again this year. A perfect, relaxing and private escape.

We have had everything we needed. The accommodation was as described and very clean. Lee had thought of everything and left very clear instructions about everything. We would strongly recommend to other people.

Emma & Ian are incredible hosts. I would definitely recommend staying in their beautiful home. Walking in for the very first time, with the radio playing, beautiful smells and a calm homely environment. It really did take us away. On the side table the hosts kindly laid out leaflets of local restaurants/take away places which is so helpful! Their home was absolutely spotless and smelt amazing. The host ever so kindly left refreshments, fresh fruit and cupcakes for us on arrival. This was a lovely touch. I could go on and on, do not hesitate to book this beautiful home for your stay. Upon arruval the property was Clean and Tidy, really felt welcoming and right at home. There was bread, milk and other little goodies to help wind down from a long drive. We took our Dog with us. There are lovely fields a short walk from the house which was convenient. Directly across from the property is a local convenience shop as well as a fish and chip shop which also did Pizza and kebabs. The reason for the visit was we went to Alton Towers whiche meant although it wasn't too close to the theme park, it was perfect for the price. The property was easy to maintain and the dishwasher was very handy. thank you for being a great host and we would definitely recommend.

The accommodation was booked for a colleague travelling from China and working in the UK for 3 weeks. Wow! Everything about the Boathouse is amazing, the accommodation, the location and the hosts. The accommodation is of the highest standard and has everything you need and more. Randall and Jude are so welcoming and thoughtful. On arrival we were welcomed with a basket of goodies, some homemade and on the way home were given some treats for the journey. The location is beautiful and peaceful, a slice of heaven. We were very reluctant to leave and can't wait to return. We would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to stay.

We had an amazing time! The views are incredible! Alison was so accommodating. She gave us excellent directions and suggested great places to go and eat! The accommodation is ever better than the pictures. And we really enjoyed the homemade bread and cake! And the breakfast was really tast with local eggsy! I also worked from here and the internet was fine for video calls all day. We will be returning soon as it was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed at. And Alisons hospitality and attenattention to detail was second to none!!!

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

Brilliant place for a re set if thats what your looking for as we were. Outdoor bath was amazing, views beautiful, canin really cute and comfy. Firepit was lovely too. The other 4 cabins are closeby but you do manage to get your privacy. Dont hesitate its fab!!

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

A peaceful cabin with stunning views. It’s comfortable and clean, Penny is a responsive host and I would happily recommend her place. There are nearby walks, but no walkable amenities which is part of the charm of the area. Plenty of shops a short drive away though.

Lovely cabin on a working farm. Peaceful and lots of walks nearby. Short walk to local pub. Near to many nice towns for exploring during the day. Host was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Cabin was clean and cosy. No phone signal on the farm so something to bare in mind but was nice to switch off for the weekend :)
