This modern apartment is comfortable and stylish. It has its own parking space while being only a ten minute walk to two supermarkets, the train station and the main part of town. It is an excellent base for country walking and sightseeing. All the furniture is comfortable and the appliances are new. WiFi signal excellent and the apartment has a smart tv and Bluetooth speaker. I was able to do a couple of country walks from the front door and enjoyed visiting two National Trust properties within a few miles of the flat. It was great.

Nos ha encantado la estancia en el apartamento de Xizhi. El apartamento está super bien ubicado en pleno centro de Kenilworth, muy bien equipado y con fácil acceso, aunque hay que subir una planta de escaleras para llegar. Íbamos con un niño pequeño, y él ha disfrutado muchísimo con todos los juguetes y cuentos que tienen en el piso para los más pequeños. ¡Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto volvamos a Kenilworth!

Thank you Nicholas for having me at Granny Flat. It was the perfect place for me to visit Birmingham and its surroundings. It was very quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. Every thing you need is conveniently within reach (shops, transports..). I also enjoyed the Canal walk from there to get to the city center. I'll definitely book again if I need to be back in Birmingham.

Wonderful stay at the very aptly named 'Snug' - cosy and yet with every useful amenity and spotlessly clean. Just fantastic. Also a lovely Nespresso selection, every type of tea imaginable and biscoff as well as chocolate snacks helped every day get off to a good start and end comfortably. The hosts are so thoughtful and flexible checkout was an added bonus.

WOW... What find Jo's place was, and if we're ever in that area again, I wouldn't hesitate to try to book Jo's place. Such easy instructions to find this beautiful, tranquil and private Airbnb, plus everything within the apartment, such as the fan,TV, heating etc. This apartment was stunningly presented, immaculately clean, and had everything one would need to enjoy self-catering if you didn’t want to go out to one of the nearby restaurants. In the evening, we opened the doors of the balcony, pulled up a chair with a beer and watched the wildlife as dusk was encroachin the deer, foxes, badgers and their friends were just there to be admired. I cannot say enough superlatives to say how much we loved staying here it was just a shame that our time was limited. Jo was the perfect host, left us to ourselves, and when our paths did cross, I could see why her reviews were as good as they are. Many thanks for a perfect stay. Dar.

We had a lovely stay. Flat was very clean and stylish. Had everything we needed for our break. Warwick is beautiful and castle was only a ten minute walk away.

The Old Coach House lived up to expectations. The accommodation was great and every detail was thought of. The views were as amazing as described. It was a great location from which to explore Ludlow and the surrounding area. We ate at Jup Jup and the Charlton Arms - both great and had a delicious breakfast at CSons down by the river

Really comfortable and well-appointed modern house. Everything we needed was there and everything was clearly explained. Beds were super-comfortable, kitchen well-appointed, small garden really pleasant. Communication clear, proactive and responsive. Ludlow's a lovely town with great shops and restaurants, the town centre easily walkable from the house though we were lazy and took the car (parking's not expensive). We'd definitely go back in future.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The house is beautifully designed and exudes a cosy, welcoming charm that made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The hot tub was a standout feature and the perfect way to unwind. We also loved the thoughtful details like the selection of books and board games, which added a lovely personal touch. It was a truly memorable stay, and we’re so glad we chose this place.

We had a great stay at Tereza's house. It was warm, well-equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Plenty of space for a reunion of 6 friends. Great to be able to easily fit 3 cars on the drive too. And we appreciated the biscuits, milk etc on arrival. Tereza's communication was always prompt and instructions for accessing the house were clear and easy to follow. Many thanks for a great and easy stay.

We loved our stay - what a find! Rebecca and Liam were brilliant hosts and the property is beautiful - so peaceful, lovely location, clean, check-in and out was so easy and we enjoyed Blists Victorian Village, Ironbridge and West Midland Safari Park during over weekend. John’s place is in a great, quiet location surrounded by the countryside. Easy checkin and a clean, well supplied kitchen. The two rooms are small, comfortable and the place is nice and warm.

We had an amazing stay here - Jane’s place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and a huge space for us all to spread out. The living room and dining table are the perfect size for everyone to get together. The best air bnb we have ever stayed in! We are already planning our next stay!

Het was me in eerste instantie niet duidelijk dat het om een ruimte bij Kevin en Teresa in huis is, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Fijne ruimte en mooie omgeving.

Nigel and Emma were lovely hosts. Great communication and respectful of space. The space itself is very tastefully done and provided everything I needed plus nice touches of breakfast and nibbles items. The location is perfect to explore this beautiful town. I recommend this stay and the hosts very highly.

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. I cannot recommend enough and Pam and Paul are the perfect hosts. Thank you both x ❤️

Lovely space, right by a beautiful park. Well stocked with everything I needed. I would stay again.

What a place!! Beautiful accommodation, set close to woodlands and a lake. Private and peaceful. The bedrooms were all bigger then expected, and a large lounge area to relax in. The kitchen offered all you could ask for, with plenty of seating for the 10 of us. As for the welcome hamper, never had one like it before. Local produce. Gin, wine and beers. Cakes and biscuits. Cheese and chutney, and even homemade bread in the oven. The games room in the basement really topped it off, especially with the children, and every night ended with a game of snooker or darts. Plenty of outdoors area to enjoy our first BBQ of the year, and space for the kids to run around and play games. As for the host, Victoria, nothing was tok much trouble. Early check-in, as we wanted to make the most of the weekend. Always on hand to suggest local attractions and bars/restaurants. Even before the holiday, any queries were swiftly answered. A great host, and a great time had by all, would definitely recommend.

Sues place is absolutely amazing, it’s a stunning apartment with absolutely everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay. The surroundings are beautiful and sue and her husband were incredible helpful and friendly, we will definitely be staying again soon, it’s a proper home from home. We would highly recommend.
