Great condo in a great centralized location at SPI. Quick walk to the beach. Cecilia is an awesome host and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone looking.

Licia was an amazing host! She was extremely responsive and very helpful with all of my questions. I've stayed at the Sapphire before, but my family and I truly loved her place. It was extremely clean, had a fantastic view and was comfortable. I would highly recommend Licia and her condo for anyone looking to visit South Padre Island!

This home was a great place for our four year old and one year old. Easy to walk to the beach, there was a lot of restaurants near by where we could walk and the locals who stay in this building were extremely friendly. The home was very clean, the host was extremely transparent and the beach access couldn’t have been closer. When you are booking under a few tabs, there is a section that this building charges a resort fee on certain days of the year and when I messaged the host, he was very transparent and clear about it those specific details. Overall this will be our new family vacation spot. Would recommend to anyone.

“Perfect getaway spot in South Padre!” This condo was everything we hoped for and more! Everything inside was brand new, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It had a modern, beachy vibe that made us feel relaxed the moment we walked in. The location within the complex is ideal — just steps away from the pool, which was super convenient for quick dips throughout the day. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in South Padre. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

Loved our stay here. Sylvia & Rey sent multiple messages from warnings about possible traffic, to reminders upon check in & their favorite restaurants/spots. They had a wagon cart to use for luggage & the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. Kitchen was very nice & Keurig a plus (we always travel with our own Kpods) vs traditional maker. This was our first time in a high rise condo (we normally stay in a house rental) & we loved the balcony. Great ocean side breeze, no mosquitoes reach you on 26th floor & we could enjoy the live music at Margaritaville. (But you can’t hear the music inside the condo for those worried about that.) My 16 y/o & his friend loved the game room at night for pool & foosball. We didn’t use the theater room but if we had a longer stay we would have. It was so cool! Had an issue with our key cards not working but that was the front desk not programming the right check out date. All in all we would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED this place!! Literally out the back door to the beach. We were on the 3rd floor so no one above us. A side balcony view of the ocean and pool view out of the bedroom. Comfortable, clean, and an overall great location. Would definitely stay here again! The property management was easy to get ahold of and very quick to respond. At first glance, it appeared entry would be intimidating, but the instructions were so thorough, we had no trouble at all. I would say the only thing that wasn't as described was the carts to help us take our stuff upstairs were nowhere to be found. We finally saw one on the final day as we were leaving and had already taken most of our stuff down - BUT - there is an elevator so we just made multiple trips. I assume other people staying there just weren't very considerate about returning them. Thank you so much for a much needed vacation. Three days wasn't enough!

This was our first experience using Airbnb, and Jeff and Sibylle set the bar high. Their condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-prepared with clear instructions that made everything easy. We truly felt at home during our stay. I highly recommend their place to anyone visiting South Padre Island.

This home exceeded my expectations. As a first time renter, I will definitely be returning. Ramiro was very thorough with detailed instructions but incredibly accessible and so accommodating. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is so cozy and clean and the location is so peaceful!

Excellent and beautiful house. It's just as the owner describes it. There are some things that could be improved, but the owner will surely address these details. Sandra was a very welcoming host and the home was prepped and exceeded our expectations. There was a expertedly well put together binder with the history of port isabel and the many fun locations for activities. Sandra was very communicative and was already ready to help if needed. The deck was large and a great place to relax and also grill. The living area is spacious and has seating for everyone! All in all an excellent experience and definitely a place I would love to stay at again!

I would say if who have a family with 8 or 10 people should book this house. It’s very clean. There’s anything we need in the house. Especially we love all blankets, pillows in all bedrooms. They are so clean and dont have any smell. House has many windows, bright, very convenient. Just few step coming to the beach. And you can see the beach from the balcony of the house while you eating BBQ. Neighbor’s nice, quiet.Finally high recommend for this house if you come to South Padre. We will be back. Thanks again

This place literally has everything you need. Spices, cooler, anything to clean up the house. Washe & dryer were a big plus that I wasn’t expecting! Super cute and quiet place. We all loved it here.

Exactly what we were looking for on this trip - boat slip, near SPI, pet friendly, deck to fish on, and a public boat dock at the end of the road. The pad looked liked the photos online, so no disappointments there. It had quality items in the kitchen - cookware, real plates, silverware, and glassware. None of those cheap appliances and plastic plates. We like to cook and make cocktails, so a blender, colander, and an outdoor grill would be appreciated. But not a deal breaker. We baked, roasted and pan-fried and was good. The master bath was huge with a tub, although the shower stall was a bit tight and challenging for my 6'4" husband. If I needed to write a downside, it'll probably be lugging bags and groceries up the stairs. But it did give us a workout and on the second day, our leg muscles were pretty used to the climb. LOL. The area was quiet, private, and we felt safe. It had ample parking for our trailer and truck, and another vehicle in front. Tim & Vanessa are great hosts.

Sergio was great, the place needs different couch and chair, directions for fans and lights, garbage disposal is broken, never did figure out how to reset temperature on refrigerator to keep items from freezing.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The beach was just a short walk away, which made everything even better. Would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this charming condo on the beach. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated, with many amenities. I ate breakfasts and lunches in, and then for dinner, I tried out several of the local restaurants, all of which had delicious seafood offerings. The beach was just steps away from the back door of the complex, and the heated pool and spa were very well maintained. The grounds were beautiful, with blooming hibiscus in the pool area and a perfectly manicured lawn in the back of the complex. I will be sure to book my next visit with Lee Ann. She thought of everything to ensure a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

Great Place, good Location! Very comfortable and tidy. Pool is amazing with an even better hot tub. Night time star gazing a plus. This is a must stop, one stop location. You will get all you need!

The location was private and quiet, perfect area to spend some downtime with my kids. However, maybe the best part was the proactive call from Alma telling me all the things I didn’t have to worry about, like seasonings for cooking, laundry soap, cooking oil, coffee and fixins, etc. Made the stay so easy to not have to buy those basics and to know about it beforehand. Thank you!!
