We really enjoyed staying in this property, it had everything you might need. And was immaculately presented. It was a perfect location as we were attending a concert at the arena and it was walkable distance. Peaceful road. Excellent communication with the host. We would highly recommend this property.

I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. Lovely stay in a great location. Jo & Martin were great hosts. Very accommodating and flexible. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say, is for the money charged for the Airbnb, a few upgrades would make the stay even more better, such as a new modern TV (TV was old and small), a new modern washing machine (again very old), wardrobes needed hangers, a bathroom bin and a bath mat.

I had a wonderful time at Karl's place. Clean, quite, private and yet close to everything. The terasse is lovely, you can listen to the birds singing and sometimes you can even see ducks chasing each other! Nice views on the water and the riverboats passing by.

Fantastic Place. we had been let down on a previous AirBNB and we literally booked this place 30 mins before check in. The process was simple and the place did not disappoint, we will certainly be back. Thanks

We booked our stay because we were attending a wedding in the village. The house was clean tidy and well equipped. It's in a lovely village with a friendly pub a minutes walk away.

Was a great place to stay to explore Oxford. The Flat was very clean and comfortable. And what a luxury to have a parking place right by your accommodation while being so close to the centre of the city. Lovely view over the river. Oxford has so much to do. The flat is such an easy walk from the centre. Or like us you can walk in either direction along the river and enjoy a scenic route into the city.

What can I say… quite honestly the most beautiful home we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many). The house was absolutely stunning with amazing views. The host was very attentive and gave plenty of recommendations. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and saw in 2025 with our family. Our 3 girls loved exploring the garden, toys and a particular shout out for the games room. Had a pleasant surprise when we arrived to see the most gorgeous decking, accompanied by a hot tub and swim spa, a huge hit with the girls. Would definitely recommend. Thank you and happy new year!

Four members of my family stayed here over Christmas as our own house was full. They loved it. 'Brilliant. Great. Five stars,' was one response. Although it is a typical Oxford cottage and looks small from the outside, it is suprisingly spacious inside. Aside from the comfort , my family enjoyed the personal feel of the house, the selection of books, the charming garden, the location by the river and the thoughtful provision of a vegan breakfast. Everything worked well. We will definitely book it again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Some practical improvements had been made since our last stay, in particular the new teapot was very welcome!

Fantastic location, a very short walk to a lovely little boat trip and an iconic church on Rutland Water cannit fault the view. I feel we paid for the view/location and not the property as I feel it is a little tired. The property was well equipped, but only sleeps 6 when it said 8, not a big problem as we were only 4. The matresses I felt could have been upgraded and there were alot of dead insects scattered about the property, probably due to windows having been open. I think the property is a bit pricey for what you get but we had a fantastic few days.

We had a lovely few days in Oxford, the house had a beautiful location with easy access to the city along the tow path. Liz was really helpful and responded quickly to our queries.

Great location - can walk into Slaughter for lovely pubs or short drive to main town. Lovely place , and would definitely return for our next trip.

Our family booked Mark's house for an Easter break for us all. We absolutely loved the house and the space was perfect for all of us. Mark was very responsive giving us recommendations for The White Hart at Minster Lovell for a pub tea and delicious Bird In Hand at Witney for a delicious Sunday Lunch. We walked around Minster Lovell, booked Archery at Batsford Arboretum and visited Burford along with Cotswold Wildlife Park. We enjoyed cooking in for two nights, playing games and relaxing in the gorgeous house. My husband and I spent a few coffee's/glasses of wine discussing if the glass extension would work on the back on of our own house as we loved the room. Thanks again for being a great host and allowing us to enjoy your home.

Beautiful property! Adorable cottage very close to a nearby historic town with all amenities (groceries, cafes, restaurants). The cottage does give a secluded feel even though you are close to necessities. The cottage has everything you need (minus food) and even a few thoughtful surprises to welcome you, I won't spoil it. You can tell that the owner takes great pride in their home as it has been beautifully restored to keep the old world vibe, but with modern appointments. It's a great location if you want to be secluded, but also quickly drive to Oxford, Bath, and Bibery. We would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and off the beaten path, but a quick walk to town. Loved the faint sound through the window of the little river running next to the apartment. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Feels like it was recently redone. We appreciated the heater in the bathroom to warm our towels. When we messaged her with a question, Lesley responded very quickly. Would love to stay there when we visit Oxford again. This place is a gem!

Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Generally a lovely, friendly host. I would highly recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect and it made our weekend.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

Our host Evie was very friendly, flexible and helpful. The property was perfect for our central Oxford stay - literally a minute's walk to Westgate Shopping Centre and many bars and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed including easy car parking. Thanks for a fab stay! :-)

Our stay was perfect! The place was just as described and everything we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walk. At least 2 grocery stores within walking distance. We felt safe and the babbling of the Castle Mill stream lulled us to sleep each night. Lesley was excellent in communicating before and during the visit . Thank you.
