Stayed for the weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday. Excellent host, quick responses and extremely helpful! Such a beautiful house, really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Perfect for a large gathering, had everything we needed and we really did have a great time. Only negative was the house was quite tired in places and we felt like for the price we paid it should have been fresher and cleaner.

Kelly was a friendly and responsive host and her place was a perfect base to stay at after attending a wedding at Henham Barns. Thank you!

First time booking through Airbnb also the first time staying in Norfolk, have to say we were amazed on both counts! Amanda was very helpful and always responded with very good advice, the cottage was super with loads of room and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Village location is great for touring but also just as good to spend some quiet time relaxing. We will definitely be back. Andy, Nicky, Oli, Jodie, Tom, Leah & Ozzie the dog all say thank you 😊

Great location and in the warmer months this place will be an absolute gem with the beach so so close to the cottage. It may be at the end of a little twisty road in between houses but don't let this put you off. Plenty of parking and a lovely garden that's an absolute sun trap,Even when we visited in February! Cottage has everything you need and is close to loads of local amenities. Beds are comfy and the cottage has everything you need for a great stay . As a whole the cottage has a lovely welcoming feel. And then you have the bonus of the hot tub, myself and my family made great use of this, wither it be early in the morning sun or late night under the stars . From the moment I booked Lynette was very responsive and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear and Lynette was very helpful if we had any questions. Hoping to return again to this place , will definitely be book marking this one for the future. Thank you Lynette for a lovely stay .

Judy‘s place was the ideal retreat for a few days away in the peaceful countryside of North Norfolk. Importantly for us, it was very easy to get from there to the RSPB reserve where we saw the flocking spectacular at Snettisham. The studio was well appointed with everything we needed, including a quiet, private patio area. We had glorious weather and were able to walk locally right from the front door. Highly recommended.

We had a special few days in North Norfolk and made some lovely family memories - including a day on the beach and a walk to Cromer, with a cosy fire at the end of the day. The walk across the fields back from the pub as the sunset was very pretty.

We had the most wonderful relaxing stay at the barn. It’s exceptionally well thought out with everything you could need and much more! Truly one of our best Airbnb stays. Sitting in the hot tub as the sunset was a particular highlight! We did a couple of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside & along the river and had a good lunch at The Sun Inn Dedham. The cart lodge was absolutely perfect for what we needed; a bolt-hole that slept 4 (2 children on the sofa bed) which would provide a base for exploring North East Norfolk. Spotlessly clean with everything we could have wanted, and an excellent space (I’m 6’2 and the eaves didn’t bother me at all). The hosts are exceptionally responsive to messages, and have listened to previous reviews and have added some black-out blinds in the main area so our kids slept very well indeed, which is all you can ask for on holiday! 10 mins to Cromer, and similarly to the 2 local NT properties along with some absolutely delightful beaches and walks. A really superb place to stay and for a very reasonable price. Thank you all again!
