We had a wonderful stay! It was in pristine condition and easy to find. There were many personal touches like a fruit bowl and breakfast ready in the fridge. It was a great value stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had the most amazing stay. The cottage was clean comfortable and the beds were comfortable. We had access to their beautiful garden. They kindy left us bread milk and everying we needed. We will definitely be hoing back .

We had a wonderful stay at Fring Estate - the Market Square House, garden, pool and surrounding walks are beautiful. We were welcomed with the most delicious homemade brownies and Victoria and the team could not have been more accommodating - it was the perfect place to catch up with friends who live all over the UK - the bbq was on all weekend because we finally had some sun! We wouldn’t change a thing and can’t wait to bring the children and dog back next year. Thank you, this really is a hidden gem and we’re so pleased we’ve discovered it!

Julie and Graham were great hosts, we was greeted when we arrived and made to feel very welcome, we were given some tips on some places we may like to visit Julie assured us if there was anything we needed let them know, on entering the Bothy it was clear they had thought of every thing, above and beyond what we could have exspected, the welcome pack was a lovely touch, some essentials that we had overlooked when packing, and some absoulutley delicious home made items! The bothy itself was really well fitted out, fullsize kitchen appliances and a great tv package to relax with. We would love to stay again when we next visit Norfolk! We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing but which is situated in a great location for visiting kings Lynn, and the North Norfolk coast. The master bedroom and bathroom is situated on the ground level so this worked well for us as our teenagers had the mezzanine level. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog and the annexe is at the bottom of the owners garden with views into the woods. Great for dog walking and the lake is a 10 minute walk. Comfy beds and a hot good size shower. We appreciated the little extras, eg cereals, milk, dog treats and blankets for the sofa. Thank you Lorraine for being such an accommodating host. I am really sorry that we forgot to remove the dog poo from the garden 🙈

Fantastic stay at perdee place. Daughter loved the ponies which was a surprise. recommended to all who wish to stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Old Post Office over the August bh weekend for 2 nights. I was looking to recuperate after a couple of minor operations and it was the perfect choice. The photos do not do the place justice, the kitchen is bigger than it looks and is beautifully fitted with well thought out appliances, a beautiful kitchen and good use of space. The little garden is a sun trap after midday and a lovely place to sit and chat. The bed is so comfy with quality linens and stylish design. Karen permitted a later check out and a full breakfast (and fizz!) was waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived, these touches elevated the experience for us. Wickham Market is only 20 mins from Aldeburgh and the curry house in the village is very good. Had a relaxing break that exceeded our expectations.

The flat is beautiful and well furnished and laid out, and was nicely cleaned and ready for us. The flat was easy to access and located very close to the town, easily walkable or by bus. The host was very communicative and responsive, and very helpful to boot. We would definitely stay there again if the occasion arrises. An excellent stray and a tremendous host. 5 stars

We stayed at Stuart's apartment for a weekend and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean, tidy, spacious and functional located a very short walk from the town centre with pubs, bars and restaurants all nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ipswich or just for time away to relax.

We had a lovely stay. The flat was perfect. Paul and Debs are lovely hosts and made sure our stay was comfortable putting the heating on before we arrived and leaving supplies of milk, juice and breakfast for us. We loved the information book and followed recommendations which were great. The location is ideal - in walking distance to a pub and the sea and loads to do around. Just sad we couldn’t stay for longer.

Really lovely apartment with fantastic views. So many great amenities nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and had a lovely weekend in Ipswich. Very comfortable beds and lovely decor in the apartment. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Ipswich. Great communication from the host. Totally recommend a stay here. Thank you!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Apartment. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home! Kitty was the most welcoming and friendly host. I loved Halesworth and could walk to the centre within 25 mins or drive there within 5 mins. I stayed for the INK festival and it was an ideal location. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed all the books and classic surroundings. The shower was great and bathroom very clean. Enjoyed the herb teas on offer in the room and biscuits. It was a blissful place to stay and Kitty helpfully offered recommendations. I’d like to stay there again next year.

This is a lovely space. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The cooked breakfast was delicious and Clare is a friendly host. My dog enjoyed the stay too. The location is great - next to many of the wonderful Norfolk Norfolk activities. I would stay again.

Great place to stay whilst working nearby. My own front door with parking right outside made loading and unloading simple. The breakfast items supplied are a lovely touch.

John and Julie are superb hosts who made our trip a real delight. They were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Our room and the BnB in general was spotless and tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was also ideally situated, being a stones throw from Blakeney Quay and a short drive to neighbouring beaches and towns. John and Julie had great attention to detail, even providing us with wine glasses in our room for evening drinks! The breakfasts every morning were outstanding with high quality ingredients and a real delicious range of options to choose from. Thanks so much John and Julie for our wonderful stay. Riona is an amazing host who cannot do enough for you. Lovely to talk to and extremely helpful. The place is immaculate and furnished beautifully. The local village is really pretty and there is lot of other lovely villages within short distance if you wish to explore the area. Riona does a wonderful breakfast and keeps the place absolutely spotless. Higly recommend for a stay in the Norfolk area

We had a lovely stay at Sophie's and would stay again. Sophie was very hospitable and friendly and always responded quickly and clearly. the House and location are beautiful abd we had a lovely time walking through the village and exploring everything. So quaint !! we also visited Flatfird Mill which is not far by car and National Trust too as well as where Constable painted his famous picture "The Haywain.

A very peaceful location. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pop was extremely kind and helpful.
