A shallow area at the house is great for swimming! You can also enjoy using all four boats we provide! 3 kayaks, 1 paddle boat & a fishing row boat. There is a path that goes around the whole lake which is great after a big BBQ dinner on our grill! hope you find it as fun and relaxing as we do. See you at the lake!

Welcome to the little stone cottage on beautiful Sylvan Lake. We are located in Rome City, IN. This adorable house, originally built in 1930, was remodeled and completely renovated in 2018. The updated kitchen features tiled backsplash, gas range, oven, and fridge. There is a microwave and Keurig for your convenience. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a small wardrobe for hanging clothes, and a dresser. The bathroom features a tiled shower.
