The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Kathleen’s place is a GEM of a location ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The Studio had everything we needed. The Murphy bed slept great . The quartz counter top island proved to be very convenient for meals in a small space. The beach chairs were good quality . The bedsheets were a higher grade as well.

Katie’s place was perfect for our trip to visit Notre Dame. It was clean and comfortable. Katie was super easy to deal with and answered all our questions quickly.

The perfect place for us to stay. Very enjoyable walk into town, peaceful and quiet. Lindsay was helpful and responsive when there was a parking issue out of ours and her control, so everything worked out. We have no complaints and would visit again!

This hotel efficiency was a lovely and welcoming space. It was clean and quiet and located not too far from Lake Michigan. the town is small, but there are wonderful breweries and some good restaurants. I would be happy to stay here again. Nicole was very responsive and her instructions were clear.

The description and photos were accurate. The pool was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of 5. The kitchen layout and amenities were great. The only downside was being on the lower level and having people in the condo above.

Beautiful place to stay. It's right in the middle of downtown Holland and very walkable to stores and restaurants in that area. The 3rd floor deck is wonderful to sit on at night. The condo is clean, smells amazing, and a top notch place to stay. While on the expensive end, we felt like it was worth the cost and we would stay here again! FYI, and in no means a reduction in rating, the mattress in the primary bedroom is very firm. The only negative comment we have is being asked to take out the trash while also being charged a $200 cleaning fee. We don't mind taking out the trash we created, and it wasn't a hassle to access the community dumpster, but we felt like it should have be included with a $200 cleaning fee.

A very cozy place to stay at! Was able to stay with our pup which was a nice option. The entire place is clean and it felt like home! Everything looked new and it had everything we needed. About 20 mins drive to downtown GR and 10mins away from the Rivertown Crossings.

We booked this place for my husband to work for 6 weeks. It was a perfect home away from home for him. Vik was a superb host! Very responsive, kind and lovely to work with. Thanks Vik!

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

Was only here for a night, but absolutely loved this place and plan to book again! Beautiful space with plenty of breathing room for everyone. Lots of natural light and easy walks to restaurants. The furniture was all SUPER comfortable, especially the beds! Host was prompt and responsive, and instructions were easy and informative. The stairs didn’t bother us, but they may be a bit much for others, especially the ones from the back entrance as they are kind of steep and there’s a decent amount of them. This would be the only “negative” thing I can think of, and again, was not that big of a deal for us particularly. Overall, can’t wait for our next GR adventure and hope to find this cool little spot available for it!

Very nice house in the Heritage Hill area of Grand Rapids. Stayed while in town for my daughter's graduation from GVSU. Alex provided great communication throughout the whole process. The house was perfect. The beds are super comfy (we are older, LOL) and they were very appreciated. There are plenty of linens, extra blankets, enough kitchen supplies (paper towels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and utensils. The house is just very welcoming and comfortable, yet nicely stylish in design.

Luke's home in GR is a great find. it has recently been rehabbed in a retro building and is a close walk to great restaurants and event spaces.

This place was great! The space was clean and cozy and we definitely hope to come visit again. We also enjoyed the small cafe/market nearby. Mike was a kind and responsive host, too!

2nd time we have rented this spot and it has been a perfect location for our family to visit our daughter at st Mary's. Julie is super nice and accommodating. Thanks again!

Mill Pond made it extremely easy to check in, being accommodating to our late arrival time. They were proactive in reaching out to me with check-in instructions, called me the morning after I checked in to make sure we didn't have any issues, and were very helpful with local recommendations. The location of this unit is hard to beat, given how close it is to downtown Saugatuck. I will definitely be back, thank you Mill Pond!

Great location. Very clean and had all the amenities needed and listed. Only concern was how small the 3rd bedroom was upstairs . Only room for the one twin bed which we could not even sleep in (Mattress kept sliding ). Very tight space with no dresser or place to store your clothing in this tiny room. We used the pull out couch downstairs as our third bed which made it difficult for sleeping since located next to the main kitchen and family room area (all one large open space). Would not recommend this location if you need three separate bedrooms. Otherwise it was lovely, clean and very centrally located.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit to South Haven and found Ken's condo the perfect spot for a small family reunion. We found the condo very clean and a fine fit for our needs. Ken was just an excellent host, very accommodating and prompt in responding to any and all questions. We were glad we stayed in this condo and would surely consider it again on a subsequent visit to the area.

Met expectations in every way. Clean, well maintained condo. Great location with several restaurants within walking distance, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach gear was provided. Well stocked kitchen amenities and board games. Host responded quickly to all emails. Very well run. Easy all the way around.

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Katherine was absolutely amazing! Very quick to redoing to questions. She gave great instructions, along with a lists of recommendations. Her unit was spotless and cozy. So comfortable that we decided to stay in instead of go out.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Ben's chalet! The location can't be beat, with 2 small private beaches just steps away, restaurants within a few minute drive and downtown St Joseph only a 15 min drive away. When we arrived the chalet had not been cleaned (miscommunication with his cleaning crew), but I messaged Ben and he promptly had someone come out to clean the property and refunded us our cleaning fee. Also the view from the back deck at sunset was breathtaking. We would definitely recommend this chalet!
