The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Ihr Lieben, Wenn ihr einen ganz besonderen Rückzugsort für einen Ausflug nach Kuala Lumpur sucht, dann findet ihr in dieser atemberaubenden Wohnung einen Ort, der besser ist als jedes Hotel sein könnte! Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, die Sicherheitsstandards sehr hoch und die Einrichtung der Wohnung erfolgte mit so viel Liebe zum Detail, dass sie einfach Geborgenheit und Wärme ausstrahlt! Einfach rundum perfekt, sehr hochwertig und einladend! Der perfekte Blick auf die Skyline, zusammen mit der Wohnung an sich und dem wundervollen Kontakt zu Latifah war es wirklich so wundervoll, dass ich eigentlich gar nicht mehr gehen wollte! Der Check-In erfolgte sogar früher, damit wir ohne Gepäck direkt in die Stadt konnten! Latifah war wirklich bezaubernd und begrüßte uns mit einem kühlen Eistee. Außerdem gab sie uns direkt wundervolle Tips rund um die Stadt! Auch später schrieben wir sehr viel über WhatsApp und so lief alles reibungslos. Zusätzlich gab sie mir weiterhin ganz zauberhafte Tips zum Thema Essen gehen, oder Einkaufen! Wirklich ein absoluter Sonnenschein! Um das alles auch noch zu toppen, durften wir sogar am Ende noch 2Std länger bleiben! Einfach großartig! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt mehr als genossen!

Very suitable for a group of people visiting Bangkok. Easy to check in and close to Asok BTS which you can travel to other places in Bangkok easily. Very Recommended to book.

The location and view is unbeatable, yes it's on top of a hill but we had no issues with uber/Bolt (hence the price the you pay for such a view :D) the place was really nice and the rooms were very clean and fancy. Pawel was really communicative and checked in on us upon our checkout and was even nice to give us a late checkout. We had our concerns at first at the house manager but as we had asked for some privacy this was easily resolved. the housekeeper who came every day or other day was so nice and even did our laundry which was SO NICE.

A great place to stay

as a retired hotel manager and chef I found the kitchen one of the best I've come across on AirB&B, sharp knives, good workspace, range of utensils, pots, pans etc. The decor of the place immediately reflected peace and tranquillity, excellent and quiet air conditioning, hot water to all sinks, basins and outlets (wow). Whilst being within easy walking distance to all the night-life, shopping malls and public markets it was surprising just how quiet and peaceful the neighbourhood was. Security was always polite and attentive. Plenty of nice touches, fresh coffee beans with a grinder and coffee machine (as a coffee lover this was brilliant), filtered water etc. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Manila.

Вилла находится в парке GWK, центр Букита, практически на самой высокой точке полуострова. Соседей мало и они все достаточно далеко. Собак, петухов, храмов, строек близко нет. Вилла построена в пяти уровнях и представляет две автономные виллы, которые могут использоваться как вместе, так и раздельно. Нижняя вилла с одной спальней европейского типа( закрытая кухня-столовая с кондиционерами) с большой лужайкой на которой реально летают бабочки. Второй уровень это разделение вилл, то есть сверху не видно что на нижней вилле и наоборот. Три верхних уровня это трехспальная вилла с открытой кухней и руфтопом с шикарным видом. Вилла построена и оснащена качественно, то есть толстые стены, окна, хорошие материалы, мебель, техника и т. д. Хороший стильный дизайн, единая концепция, включая посуду и постельное бельё, много уместных деталей интерьера. Работники находятся рядом, то есть все вопросы моментально решаются. До любой точки на Буките 15 минут на авто. Мы не первый раз на Бали. На Буките таких вилл, которые здесь называют "лакшери" не так много, в основном они в районе Семиньяка, но там шумно. И если вам нужна тишина и покой то здесь отличный вариант.

Теперь это моя одна из любимых вилл на Бали! Район хороший, тут и тихо (так как улица тупиковая), и одновременно рядом много классных кафе и ресторанов. На вилле удобные подушки и матрасы, хорошо работают кондиционеры. Есть стиральная машина! Это большой бонус для вилл Бали. Как только мы заехали, сразу поняли что хотим пожить тут подольше, и хотели продлить еще, но виллу кто-то уже занял к сожалению. С удовольствием остановлюсь еще!

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Great accommodation at a great location. House was super clean and organized and host was very clear with instructions. Location is really quiet and cozy.

Great villa, great pool, very friendly butlers (Eddi and Ketut), great location 5 min walk to the beach. The only thing we could complain about is the loud music at night from the close by nightclubs. Just so you know: there is somebody around 24/7. Butlers during the day/ security guard during the night. They are not in your face but they are there. We would definitely recommend the villa!

我在清迈湄林县的这间乡村别墅住了整整两个月，从第一天起就觉得选对了地方。这里远离喧嚣，四周是稻田、山景和虫鸣鸟叫，每天早上被阳光和微风叫醒，日子过得特别慢，也特别治愈。 别墅本身非常宽敞干净，设计简洁实用，光线好、通风好，生活设施也一应俱全。厨房很适合长期居住者用来做饭，去附近集市买点新鲜食材，自己动手做点简单的菜，反而比在城市里更有生活气息。 房东和管家都很友善、有耐心，遇到问题响应很快。房东经常给我送好吃的甜品🍮。摩托车坏了，房东的侄子第一时间带我们去修车，让我特别安心。 虽然是乡下，但生活一点也不不便。附近有便利店和当地市场，骑车十几分钟就能解决大部分日常所需。 而且湄林县这边其实藏着不少有趣的小店和咖啡馆，有些风格很独特，融合了泰北文化和手作艺术。闲暇时去逛逛、发发呆，觉得生活多了一点松弛感和惊喜感。我贴了一些周边生活的照片。 总之，这是一次非常放松、自在又温暖的居住体验。如果你正在寻找一个能真正让身心慢下来的地方，我非常推荐来这里住一段时间，也许你会像我一样，不太想离开了。

This is genuinely by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world! it was also better than any hotel or villa I stayed in, in 3 months travelling throughout Thailand. Tom the host is genuinely a legend, he went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be and the apartment is brilliant. Spacious, modern and clean and in the best spot in Chiang Mai right in the middle of Nimman road where all the bars, restaurants and cafes are. the price was also incredible, amazing value for money. if you can definitely book this place for your stay in Chiang Mai because it was a big part of me enjoying my time in Chiang Mai so much!

Great experience staying here. Can walk to Bangsar LRT station, which you can find a lot of convenient store, restaurants etc. The house is clean, there is a washing machine & Netflix with big screen TV (I guess 65") if you love to watch movies. Good host & everything you need (essential items when staying in hotel) are provided ...

Directly connected to Bangsar station and has a lot of restaurants around. The place was clean and hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The room on the outer side faces the train tracks and main road, so it can be a bit noisy at night

I had an amazing stay at this lovely property. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with stunning views that made the experience even more enjoyable. Although I encountered a minor inconvenience when arranging for a Grab car pickup, everything else about the stay more than made up for it. Mr. Emil and Aunty Nor are amazing hosts. They were responsive and attentive to all my concerns and requests, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and relaxing atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning and booking this place again the next time I visit Malaysia. Highly recommended!

alles war super, Henry war sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen. 1 minus Punkt jedoch das Bad war etwas unsauber. Es fehlte die Handseife. Aber dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall erneut buchen. Danke

Dr. Supot and team were very welcoming and made our check-in and stay very comfortable. The condo is very modern and clean, the amenities (pool and gym) made it feel like we had our own rooftop patio. Getting around by boat was very accessible, however walking from the station is about 20 mins if you miss the boat. We just used Grab scooters to get home easily but otherwise a very safe neighbourhood. Only issue was the lower floor bedroom bathroom needed some light reno and the interior closets. Overall a great place to stay for over 6 guests in Bangkok, highly recommended!

I had a really great stay at Elaine’s place in Kuala Lumpur! The location was super convenient — right in the heart of the city, so it was easy to get around, grab food, and explore all the cool spots nearby. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a smooth stay. Check-in was a breeze — the access instructions were clear and straightforward, which made things really easy after a long trip. One thing I especially appreciated was how responsive Elaine was. I had a quick question about the AC remote and she got back to me right away with the info I needed. It’s those little things that really make a difference!
