Arrives at the most beautiful of places. Tucked away on the shores of a lake, this is a wee gem if you want all the fun of Dublin without the noise and the hassle of the city. The towns close by; Leixlip, Maynooth, and Kilcock are worth an explore if you want to see the real small towns. We went to Town in Leixlip for a pint; and ate at The Salmon Leap and walked the heritage trail in the town. A great afternoon right there! We spent an afternoon exploring our old haunts and if you want a good Irish Friday night without the hassle of Dublin, head out to Kilcock for a pint in Murphys, a fish supper with curry chip and sausages from Rosies and head back to the lovely apartment and enjoy on the veranda with a couple of local Irish craft brews. Rye River Brewing is a great local Kildare one. Walk the grounds of this grand Irish home and see the animals (alpacas, pigs, sheep, puppets, emu) and just enjoy the peace inside the walled garden. We loved our stay and wished it were longer.

Ante was great! The place is beautiful, relaxing, clean, definitely would recommend his place. 10 mins from the airport, bus stop just right outside to head wherever. And if you forgot something, you’ll be sure to find it there. Loved it there! Thanks Ante.

Great location.

The apartment is located at walking distance from the main shopping mall of the city, in reach of restaurants, shops and next to bus or tram stops for the city center. The room and the toilet were clean, with plenty of storage space. We were able to use the microwave in the kitchen and tea and coffee were available for breakfast. The room was also provided with fresh water and some snacks. Ankita is a great host, very silent and discreet. Perfect space for couples who want to enjoy Dublin!

The flat is as shown in the photos. It was very clean and confortable. The bus stop is close and very easy to get to the centre of Dublin. Communication was easy with John, he responded very quickly. 100% recommended without hesitation!!!!

Logement sympathique à 20 min à pied du centre de Dublin. Accueil sympathique de Carol et de son compagnon. Chambre assez grande avec grand placard bien pratique.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Lage ist wirklich super. Aufgrund des sehr guten Wetters konnten wir auch die Dachterrasse des Gebäudes gut nutzen. Ein einfach tolle Aussicht. Unsere Gastgeberin war wirklich super nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir Fragen hatten konnten wir uns jederzeit an Sie wenden. Tolle Tipps und Anregungen, wir haben diesen unkomplizierten Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und liegt wirklich perfekt. Eigentlich ist von dort wirklich alles schnell und fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung, die Gegend und unsere Gastgeberin nur loben und weiterempfehlen. Wirklich Top!

Eva and Alan were amazing hosts. We made a last minute booking and they were really sweet and accommodating, got the place ready for us to check-in with such professionalism. During our stay they made sure we got everything we need. Their place was very cosy, clean, situated on the beautiful hill with beautiful landscape. We had a relaxing time staying there. Highly recommend to anyone who plans their visit to south Dublin.

I had a fantastic stay at Deirdre’s place! The one-bedroom in the shared apartment was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The shared spaces – kitchen, living area, and bathroom – were always clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely bonus for relaxing. Deirdre is an amazing host—super friendly, communicative, and always happy to help with anything needed. She made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-maintained place to stay. Would definitely return!

Great retreat in the hustle and bustle of Dublin. Aida was proactive about sending great instructions, recommendations, and tips. The apartment is in a block of units that face an interior green space. There are multiple locking doors to get into the various spaces, and it is very secure. This is a good space for people wanting privacy and safety in the heart of Dublin. I would feel safe here as a solo traveler. The unit has everything you need, including laundry. The bed was comfortable, with nice bath linens available. I appreciated that the seating in the living room was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. My husband and I were celebrating a milestone anniversary and a birthday on this trip, and Aida left us nice cards, flowers and chocolates. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here on a business trip. Even over paddies day it was peaceful and quiet. Good transport links and only a short walk into town. I would stay again if I find myself in the area for leisure or business. 10/10.

We had a fabulous few days in the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and clean and had everything we needed. It is also walking distance to all of the K-Club amenities. Paul was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend the apartment.

It is our first trip to Ireland, we are traveling from Seattle Washington for our best friends wedding. We found the listing and luckily had the opportunity to stay; The home was beautiful, so spacious and perfectly located. Such a great space for large groups and a when you are wanting to stay at a home away from home. This is IT. Alan and his wife, Katherine were very responsive, friendly and welcoming. In addition, we do have a 6 month old baby with us, who was also, extremely accommodated for. There is plenty of children activities, toys, beds, and even a crib. We truly could not say enough amazing things about our time here and would recommend the stay to anyone who would be looking to stay in Dublin! 💚

The house was comfortable and well equipped for a family holiday. Cooking and eating at home was easily accomplished! Lots of space to get out of each other’s way or hang together at the large kitchen table or comfy couches in the living room. A short drive or a long walk to the beach. Close walk to the playground, with tennis courts and a soccer net. There is also a large grass area in front of the house for a game of football. Centrally located and easy drive to several destinations and daily activities. Highly recommend!

This place ticked all the boxes for us..Nicky loves cycling and Rose loves walking beautiful area for both...The house is even lovelier than it looks on screen...also we could bring our little dog Auzie...and that meant a lot to us...once we keep him under control as farm animals nereby.....we just cannot praise this place enough....Nicky & Rose

Séjour en famille dans le logement de Daire très agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine et logement spacieux pour 5 adultes. Transport en commun proche du logement qui permet de se rendre dans le centre de Dublin sans problème.

La casa de Nadine es encantadora! Comodísima y llena de detalles de mucha calidez. No faltaba nada! Todo fue perfecto!! Fueron unos hermosos días en Dublin con mi familia. Viajamos con nuestros hijos y nietos pequeños y la casa de Nadine estaba perfectamente adaptada para niños (Hasta un playroom para los más pequeños y un gimnasio para los adultos) Nadine fue muy atenta y respondió todas nuestras preguntas de manera inmediata. Una gran anfitriona que estuvo siempre en contacto con nosotros. A quien quiera tener una hermosa estancia en familia en Irlanda, esta es la opción. Todo excelente!! Gracias Nadine!

Beautiful house - exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our family holiday to visit further family who live in the surrounding area. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived with everything we could've needed provided. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for all of us to relax. Lots of storage and the garden was perfect for our daughter to run round with a football. We felt right at home! Colin was an excellent host - responsive and easy to get hold of. Thank you so much for hosting us - we would love to stay again!
