Limited visitor storage on the mezzanine upstairs. Ensuite bathroom Small but perfectly formed wet room with good shower. Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. Extras *Fresh flowers *Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. *Luxury shower gel and hand soap provided in both bathrooms. *Collection of travel books relevant to the area. *A full extensive Victoria Terrace brochure produced just for you! The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Single/double/King sized/b'fast in Victorian house

It is a stylish Victorian house, in a quiet area, a 15 minute walk to cosmopolitan Rathmines, and only a short 20 minute bus ride into the City Centre, a five minute walk to the village of Terenure which has many excellent eateries. You can a express bus from the airport directly into the city centre for 6 euro single or 8 euros return.The number 16 bus from the airport stops 2 minutes away from our home but please note this is a very circuitous bus ride and can take up to an hour and a half.

We are very close to Punchestown, Naas & The Curragh race courses. Our home is approx. 10 mins drive from Naas town & 40 mins drive from Dublin City.
