We just had a stay for a night. I place was nice and had all the amenities that was mentioned. Every room has an AC, Fan and TV. The house was clean and beautiful. The host and staffs are very helpful. I had left a valuable item and rememberd after boring my flight but the manager of the property managed to courier it to me. This place is highly recommend.

L’appartement est vraiment superbe et est extrêmement bien placé. La place de parking au sous sol est un top que beaucoup d’autres ne proposent pas. Le propreté des chambres et sdb est exceptionnelle. Nous avons adoré la petite attention avec le petit kit brosse à dent et savon ❤️. Vraiment le meilleur appartement d’Islamabad. Le garçon à tout faire Faisal est extrêmement gentil, souriant et serviable. Merci encore Faisal pour le linge 😊

Fantastic place, second time I’ve stayed with the EXSTR group and no regrets whatsoever. Very attentive folks, great communication, clean homes. This place specifically was perfect for a small getaway for a couple. Apartment seems simple at first glance but the balcony is fantastic, the upstairs pool area, lounge, gym area are unbeatable. This place really had everything we needed and the location was safe to walk around. Also plenty to do around the neighborhood or a quick taxi ride away. Looking forward to another stay with the EXSTR team, they never disappoint!

We had a very nice stay at Dr. Akash’s place through Airbnb. Dr. Akash is an incredibly kind and accommodating host, always available and ready to help. The accommodation met our expectations and was perfect for me and my wife. However, there was a noticeable odor in the bathroom and some challenges with pigeons, which were minor drawbacks. Overall, we highly recommend the place and the host, who truly made our stay pleasant.

Was a pleasant stay at Usmans place, a little rough around the edges and one or two small bathroom issues. But overall comfort was good and for an appointment on top of Centaurus Mall the value for money that you get is very good.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb from March 6th to March 9th, 2025. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided by the host, making our arrival stress-free. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning golf course view. Waking up to the peaceful, scenic greenery every morning was a treat, and it added a luxurious touch to the experience. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, providing both comfort and style. The host ensured that everything we needed was available, and we had no issues throughout our stay. Whether relaxing indoors or enjoying the view from the balcony, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely love to return in the future!

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

We stayed for one night at Lucky‘s new „Farm-stay“ house. The listing is not updated yet, but still it was a very pleasant surprise for us. The house ist built on an untouched property/garden and is surrounded by nature. Yes, you should be aware that this is a more nature-near option. In our book a big plus on the total experience. He is finishing the Farm-stay at the moment and is adding sweet details like an outdoor shower. If you like to stay close to nature and don’t mind some insects and frogs then this is the place to stay at. Lucky was really nice and communicated very transparently. He also arranged a flexible pick-up (our train was quite delayed) and drop off in the morning. His wife did cook amazing dinner for a reasonable price even after we asked for it like one hour before. The included breakfast she made was also delicious. Overall they are great hosts and really do their best to make your stay the greatest!

I recently had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights at 1081 Luxury Stay, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The amenities were truly world-class, offering everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The pool was a highlight beautifully maintained and perfect for a relaxing swim. The location was excellent as well, offering both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. Hygiene was impeccable, with the entire property kept spotless, and the bathroom in particular was absolutely top-notch and modern, clean, and exceptionally well-designed. The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more special. Their warmth and hospitality really stood out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay you should definitely book it without a second thought. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It was a great stay at Harsh's place. The property was clean and easy to find. We had complete privacy. It overlooks a park and there was ample parking. Overall a great find!

It was a wonderful stay at Rohini- charming green settings with old world ambience. Felt pampered in the lap of lush greenery .. The large living spaces merging magically with air, light, stone, wood , plants and the lovely bamboo furniture all made it feel well worth the stay ! The host and staff were all extremely helpful right from instructions before arrival to the welcome drink - not to miss out mentioning the food was superb . Will definitely go back for a stay and also itching to try out their other properties !

If I could give it 10 stars I would. Faiza and her house attendant were amazing. The apartment was beautiful and was a perfect location near markets. My husband and I had a wonderful time. It’s private and a beautiful location. We were treated very well and Faiza was very helpful with all our needs. Thank you so much. Hope to see you again soon

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

It was absolutely lovely staying here, the villa is part of a gated community with amenities like Tennis, pickleball, squash, gym, games room, a big swimming pool while the villa itself is super clean with amazing interiors and has a private pool of itself. The Host is great, very responsive, you can get in touch with him anytime and he will help you out in anything You need. Overall it is one the best places to stay in North Goa, You’ll want to keep returning to this place again and again.
