Oh dear, home for just about two days and already home-sick to get back to Gianna's lovely place. Everything here is perfect, as ever. Gianna's wonderful and friendly and ever so helpful personality. the bed that one could sleep on for a thousand years, the beautiful white curtains, the blackbird who was not quite sure if he wanted to be friends or not, curious, singing, and then flying away. the kitchen where i could conjure up my cooking. and yés it is so close to the beach, but also just around the corner from gran vialle santa maria elisabetha were i would get my (green)groceries and my morning coffee. and then also explore lido. it is such a wonderful island. this time, even though it is close to the vaporetto, i decided once again to just stay at lido and Gianna's wonderful place. thank you for everything, dear Gianna and hope to see you soon again!

Très satisfaits du logement, de l'emplacement et de notre hôte. Andrea a été exquis, très accueillant et nous a bien renseigné sur les visites à faire. L'appartement correspond bien à la description. Quartier tranquil, qui plus est parking sécurisé. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Merci Andrea et sûrement à une prochaine fois.

A very special place, huge venecian 19. century flat filling a whole floor in a typical patrician palace. Exceptional good location near the Academia-bridge. The flat is living history of the last two centuries (or even more…), so so don’t expect a sterile fancy Dubai-style new construction, but I guess then Venice isn’t your cup of tea anyway. „A night at the museum“ - experience, ideal for big companies to stay - we spent a New Year stay with two more families, plenty of rooms for everybody

Casa pulitissima, grande calda e con tutti i comfort. Vivibile tranquilla letti comodi ti senti proprio a Venezia parco nei dintorni barra all’angolo della casa Piazza San Marco 15 minuti oppure con vaporetto. consiglio di camminare a piedi a cinque minuti via la Coop per panini bibite ed altro sulla stessa strada ci sono parecchi pub e locali è una soluzione per le famiglie ma anche per le coppie e per visitare tutta Venezia Nicolò come oste è molto disponibile e consiglio vivamente a tutti se venite a Venezia calcolate che dovete camminare a piedi. Consiglio vivamente.

This was our second long-term stay during the summer months. The new AC in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable during the hotter than normal season. This apartment is located in a prime location, especially if you want to partake in the Venice Film Festival. There are specialty markets from fruit & vegetable stands to butchers to bike shops all within an easy walk. And the weekly market days (Tuesdays and Fridays) offer everything from clothing to specialty cheeses. We ate in most evenings because we enjoyed preparing our meals at home. The building itself is quiet and very well maintained and Fabio always responds quickly to messages. Lido is beautiful, clean, buzzing with activity and offers wonderful walks along both the lagoon and Adriatic shores. Bike riding is also very popular with several shops that rent bikes.

Toppenlägenhet i Chioggia (lilla Venedig). Nära till allt. Missa inte fiskmarnaden. Lägenheten ligger nära färjan som går till Venedig ( man får åka båt, buss längst två öar samt sedan båten in till Venedig. Det tar ca 1 timme). Man kan även bara ta båten ut till Lido di Pellestrina och bada. Vi kan tänka oss att besöka Francos lägenhet igen.

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Dům má naprosto veškeré vybavení, které si dovedete představit. Prostorná pergola hned u domu byla jedním slovem skvělá! Jediné, co chybělo k dokonalosti, by byl bazén. Katia reagovala ihned na každou naší zprávu, každý problém hned vyřešila (nic zásadního). Na pláž se dá dojít pohodlně za 10-15 minut. Často jsme také využívali místní hromadnou dopravu (turistický vláček), který je zdarma. Na ostrově bylo jen málo cizinců, na Čechy jsme nenarazili. Většinu osazenstva tvoří Italové, kteří jsou neuvěřitelně milí a vstřícní. Vstup do aquaparku jsme měli díky "zlatým kartám" zdarma a platili jsme pouze za lehátka. Ubytování u Katie a celkově ostrov Albarella určitě doporučuji a třeba se někdy vrátíme. Jen si nezapomeňte vzít repelent, k večeru je zde hodně komárů. Moc děkujeme ❤️

We had a fantastic time, thank you! The location is perfect, in a quiet area around the corner from Giardini. The supermarket is 5 minutes away and the vaporetto stop is conveniently located at a few steps from the house. The flat is spotless and we immediately felt at home. It has everything you need, from perfect air conditioning to efficient wi-fi (I worked and had Zoom calls during our stay). The hosts were very kind from the beginning and welcomed us in person at the check-in, even if our arrival was delayed to after midnight. Around the corner from the house, Osteria San Isepo serves some delicious food in a quiet ‘calle’. We are looking forward to going back, highly recommended!

Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Definitiv empfohlen ! Michele war sehr hilfsbereit von Anfang an. Zuerst mit den Anweisungen nach Hause und dann hat er mir bei jedem Schritt geholfen. Es war wirklich viel Spass mit ihm abends sitzen und viel sprechen. Ich denke ich habe einen guten Freund gewonnen! Freue ich mich auf das nächste Treffen!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem bezaubernden Apartment am Lido. Die Lage ist großartig, ganz Nahe zur Vaporetto-Station und viele Restaurants und Cafés, zugleich ganz ruhig. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Paare. Wir lieben den kleinen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Un buen sitio para quedarse mientras visitas Chioggia. Céntrica, y fácil de llegar desde el autobús o el Vaporetto. No tiene ascensor, pero solo es un tramo de escalera, se llega fácil y la casa es cómoda. Merece la pena además la pizzería de abajo. Estuvieron atentas y solucionaron rápido un problema con la calefacción.

Zentrum und Strand sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Leider ist der Strand nachts nicht zugänglich.

L'appartamento di Veronica si trova alla fine di Corso Garibaldi, dispone di un terrazzo che affaccia su un canale con una vista meravigliosa, é comodissimo per visitare i Giardini della Biennale e l'Arsenale. É un po' distante dalla stazione. Veronica é stata super disponibile riguardo a checkin e checkout. L'appartamento é grande. Io e il mio gruppo abbiamo pernottato comodamente in 8 persone. Tutto era pulito e in ordine. Non mancava niente. Consiglio a tutti di alloggiare nell'appartamento di Veronica, in particolar modo per visitare la Biennale di Venezia.

Chioggia centro è fantastico, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Il monolocale si affaccia direttamente sul lungomare di Sottomarina, il che rende il tutto molto gradevole. Parcheggio utilissimo, proprio davanti il residence. Host molto reattivo e super cordiale. Grazie

We loved the place - it felt like home and the host and his family are very friendly and it felt as if we were visiting friends. The dogs, cats, hens and other animals were super friendly and the kids loved stroking the dogs. The house was spacious and spending an evening on the balcony was fantastic! The kids loved how peaceful it was and there was no cars noise. The kitchen had everything we needed (and more) and we enjoyed our stay. The location is convenient to drive to nearby towns or other places or just to relax and enjoy the nature. Overall Massimo’s place was amazing and we were sad to leave.

Yes Luigi is a great host. Took good care of us, very communicative and nice. Communication with Luigi was easy and as constant as we needed until we arrived - and we always felt he was available if we'd had further problems, but we didn't. Luigi was smiling and waving as we arrived and wasted no time showing us to our high-ceiling, I agree the host Luigi is warm-hearted and welcoming. Hi tried to assure that all the facilities promised were provided. Luigi so kindly left a typical dinner and wine And the apartment is homey and is pretty good. And This is a fantastic location, A very spacious apartment, clean, quiet, a perfect bath, good kitchen, separate master bedroom and good location for anyone wanting to go to other places along with Venice and Verona. There is a bus stop nearby to take you to the train station, which you can carry everywhere and if traveling by automobile, is a perfect location, free parking on the street and always available. the apartment is 3 minutes from the highway. realities in a stasis ferfect to Venice and the most incredible compared to other, the cheap cost of your rental. Thank Luigi a pleasant stay for me and my family.

Verblijf was echt heel prettig in een zeer verzorgd en ruim appartement. Met gebruik van 2 weliswaar oude, maar zeer goed onderhouden fietsen. Deze stonden voor mij symbool voor de hele ambiance. Simpel, maar van super goede kwaliteit. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.
