Nous avons passé 4 jours dans le logement de Susanna. Nous avons apprécié l'accès au direct au vaporetto (ligne 1 au bout de la rue), ce qui nous a permis de découvrir tout Venise facilement. Le logement dispose d'un espace extérieur privatif très sympa...avec la charmante compagnie de la tortue de compagnie que notre fils de 2 ans a beaucoup apprécié. Le quartier propose des restaurants et des commerces facilement accessibles à pied. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et nous remercions Susanna pour les échanges rapides et la qualité de son logement.

Staying here was the best part of our trip so far. Beautiful and everything within access. It was a breeze and had no difficulties. The host was really helpful and understanding. I couldn't have asked for more! Thank you!

Wir haben neun Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sie ist hell, großzügig geschnitten und hat eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse! Praktisch sind vor allem auch die nah gelegenen guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

A estadia foi ótima, tudo de acordo como estava anunciado. Fabrice respondeu rapidamente as minhas perguntas. Localização excelente, muito próximo da Estação de trem Santa Lúcia, o que facilitou muito nossa viagem. Super indico o apartamento! Estadia maravilhosa!

Our stay at Natascias appartement was fantastic. Natascia is very kind and helps with all your questions. The appartement is good located to visit Venice. We recommend it, also for a stay with kids.

Unterkunft und Gastgeber war alles super. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und somit war die Wohnung bei der Ankunft sehr kalt aber die wurde wieder warm und es waren genug Decken vorhanden. Also alles super gewesen 👍🏼

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Nous avons fait un séjour d’une semaine. L’appartement est très bien situé sur Murano, face à une station de vaporetto. Coin tranquille. L’hôte nous a bien indiqué comment accéder à l’appartement. Il nous a egalement suggéré plusieurs restaurants. J’y retournerais sans aucun doute.

This place was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy and the view of the canal from the living room was scenic. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Leo e’ stato un ottimo host, preciso nel fornirci le indicazioni e veloce nel rispondere quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualche delucidazione. La casa, recentemente ristrutturata, si trova in un’ottima posizione e Leo l’ha arredata con buon gusto, non mancava nulla e ci ha messo a disposizione anche 4 biciclette! E’ stato un soggiorno molto rilassante. Grazie 😊

Stay here!!! THE BEST airbandb in Venice. We cannot say enough good things about this airbandb - its PERFECT! The host, Massimo, is so helpful - he arranged the taxi for our arrival and departure, was super flexible, gave us tips and showed us his place. The place: AMAZING!! renovated in a perfect quiet area but close to everything - We will be back -- Definitely more than recommend :-)

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Appartamento spazioso in una posizione eccellente, circondato da molti ristoranti e servizi. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole!

Wir waren zu viert im Apartment von Christian und haben uns direkt verliebt, alles war wie beschrieben nichts zu viel oder zu wenig. Perfekt. Gleichzeitig haben wir auch die Lage als super empfunden, denn sowohl zum Herzen Venedigs dem Markusplatz wie auch zu vielen anderen Ecken war die Verbindung gut und alles komfortabel erreichbar. Trotzdem war es wie ein Juwel gechützt von der Hektik und dem Tourismus- es fühlte sich nach einer echten Venedigerfahrung an. Es gibt jede Menge kleine Bars und Cafés dass man wirklich in den authentischen italienischen Zauber eintauchen kann. Danke und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Très bonne communication avec Francisco, l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description Dans un quartier calme et à proximité de tous les transports (bus, bateaux et train), nous avons passé un excellent week end

Notre séjour de 7 jours à Venise formidable . Notre logement avec 1 gardien parfaitement placé et accessible par bateau bus Alilaguna en arrivant de l'aéroport ( forfait 27 euros A/R avec un arret à la station San Stae à 200 m de notre adresse) Nous avons été accueillies par Anna très chaleureusement en français. Elle nous a donné de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses de restaurants MOCENIGO à 2 pas de notre logement.Aussi 1 coop . L'appartement au 2e étage était très agréable confortable avec vue sur un petit pont et canal (2 trousseaux de clefs ) pas d'ascenseur . On peut se déplacer de notre embarcadère San Stae facilement avec les vaporettos ACTV pour les iles MURANO et BURANO avec pass de 2 Jours (35 e) . Les transports étant très chers nous avons continué nos visites à pied, une carte et un bon GPS sont de rigueur, les ruelles de Venise un vrai labyrinthe ). Attention sur le bateau bus pick pocket même les plus avertis. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

This lovely apartment was a delightful place to stay and soak up the beauty of Venice. We loved the location next to the most beautiful church and just above a canal with gondolas floating along. The piazza below is full of activity and it was fun to sit on the terrace and watch life go by. The beds were extremely comfortable with crisp sheets and perfect pillows. The kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms so clean and full of anything we needed. We loved the comfortable couches and warm decor of the living room, a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.
