Emplacement exceptionnel : vue imprenable sur la lagune, au calme, en face d'un arrêt de vaporetto... Beau et pratique à la fois. Très grande réactivité de Luigi, toujours à l'écoute et attentif : un grand merci ! Nous sommes venus 5 jours à 7 (avec nos 5 enfants de 13 à 23 ans) et nous avons passés un séjour merveilleux à partir de ce logement. Logement bien chauffé (important en décembre !) et eau chaude en quantité, parfait. Un seul bémol : la machine à laver annoncée dans le descriptif n'était pas fonctionnelle et a fait sauter l'électricité. Dommage car nous avions prévu une lessive sur place... On pourrait aussi attendre un peu plus de vaisselle pour 7. Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir à l'occasion, nous l'espérons ! Nous recommandons.

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Great house, inspiring both from inside and outside, carrying a historical zest but also had everything we needed for a week of staying and cooking. We were travelling with friends to visit the exhibitions, this was a perfect location - easy to reach by vapporetto and away from crowds, with lush green garden and lagoon view - amazing sunset. Lorenzo and Alessandra were very responsive and helpful. Very much recommend!

Tolle Wohnung und super eingerichtet. Nahe an der Bushaltestelle. Wir waren zufrieden und Elena antwortete schnell und sehr hilfreich.

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

First, Giovanna was easy to communicate with and gave us great infomation on how to get to her apartment. She met us at the water taxi and walked us to the adorable apartment telling us all we needed to know to make our stay easy. The apartment itself was clean/ spacious and gorgeous, the wisteria was in full bloom and it was out of a fairytale. There was a washer in the apartment which was great! We didn't cook, we are on vacation, and she told us of local restaurants that were just amazing. We walked everywhere and the apartment was just far enough from the VERY busy downtown tourist area to make a perfect retreat for us. We walked the streets everyday and enjoyed the amazing shopping and streetlife. We couldn't have imagined a better place to enjoy Venice. All the best to Giovanna and to her wonderful space she lets others enjoy.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell’appartamento dell’agriturismo di Manuela. L’abbiamo trovato comodo, funzionale e adatto anche per il nostro bambino di due anni che si è divertito a giocare nei grandi spazi esterni, sicuri e a misura di bambino (ci sono altalene, dondoli, scivolo…) Manuela è molto gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato molti consigli utili per visitare la zona; ci ha anche consigliato ottimi ristoranti che non hanno deluso le nostre aspettative. Siamo molto contenti di aver scelto questo appartamento per la nostra breve vacanza sul delta del Po.

we loved our stay, you could really tell that it is a little family gem we were allowed to enjoy. great location, easy busride to the Vaporetto station. enjoyed some time at the beach, restaurants on Lido and of course magical Venice. had plenty of space with our 4 kids, used the kitchen for easy meals. nice view from the balcony. definitely recommend the stay.

We loved our stay as a family of 6. The apartment was spacious and was in a great location. There were shops and restaurants nearby and everywhere was within a walkable distance. We would stay there again. Monica was so helpful and we had a great check in. She met us from the water taxi and had lots of recommendations and responded to any questions asap via messages. Would recommend!

Minha estadia foi excelente! O espaço é muito bom, localizado em uma região tranquila e com fácil acesso ao centro de vaporetto. A casa estava super limpa, perfumada e muito acolhedora. A anfitriã foi extremamente atenciosa e divertida, tornando a experiência ainda melhor. Giudecca fica do ladinho da ilha principal e é lindo tbm o bairro. Muito tranquilo e gostoso de caminhar com boas opções de restaurantes e bares ao redor. Recomendo sem dúvidas e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

Casa di Ilaria è esattamente come rappresentata in foto, ampia cucina ben attrezzata, ampio bagno e camera matrimoniale, tutto è in ordine. Nell' armadio ho potuto trovare un cuscino a mio avviso più comodo perché non amo quelli "alti". Il luogo è tranquillo. Noi ci siamo spostati verso Padova con l'auto , ma come consigliato da Attilio ottimo è anche il collegamento con il treno verso Venezia.

Nous avons été très bien accueille. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et très disponibles. Ils ont anticipé les questions ou problèmes que nous aurions pu rencontrer tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est très bien équipé et correspond à la description. Il est placé à l’extérieur de Venise tout en étant à proximité. L’endroit est calme est très bien situé. Nous recommandons vivement.

Sehr freundlich empfangen von Emanuela. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit, Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar, sauber, groß und ruhig.

Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel in der Stadt und haben die wunderschöne Ferienwohnung gefunden, perfekt für 2. Genau wie beschrieben, gemütlich, alles vorhanden, makellos sauber. Problemlos gefunden und einfacher Check in per Schlüsselbox. Parkplatz außerhalb ca 8min Fußweg, zum beladen durften wir an das Haus fahren. Zu jederzeit waren Eddi und Anna kontaktierbar und haben uns mit vielen nützlichen Tipps versorgt. Ein großes Dankeschön nochmal für die Fahrräder, die nochmal gecheckt wurden und den unglaublich leckeren Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit absolut genossen und es hat an nichts gefehlt

It is our second stay and we even enjoyed it more than the first time. Is a well-equipped flat, very quiet and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal: walking distance to the vaporeto, the beach, nice restaurants just downstairs, supermarket and other shops at the same street. The perfect place to enjoy all culture in Venice (a short vaporeto trip and we are in Piazza San Marco, Giudecca, Accademia, …) and all islands around.

Paolo and Frederica were extremely helpful. Upon arrival Frederica greeted us at the train station. She assisted us with purchasing our vaporetto passes and explained the transportation system to us. They answered all our questions including where to find grocery stores so we could prepare our meals at the Airbnb. The Airbnb is spacious, comfortable and very well stocked making any guest’s stay comfortable. We cooked several meals during our stay and enjoyed them on the lovely terrace. The apartment is steps away from the Palanca vaporetto stop and it takes less than 15 minutes on the 4.1 line to get to San Marco Square. The hosts accommodated late checkout and Paolo graciously accompanied us to the vaporetto where he assisted us with transferring our luggage onto the water bus. Thank you Paolo and Fredrica for making our stay a memorable one!

Very nice apartment with great views and good location. It was generally clean and also quite silent. The communication with the owners was easy and we were able to store our luggage after our checkput. Overall great experience and would recommend it.

You can’t find a better place to be in Venice if you travel with young kids. We went to Venice during Easter break before biennale starts. While San Marco was already filled with tourists and very hectic, Cristina’s place is a quiet and serene oasis with parks and playground 2 minutes walk away, and boat stop with routes going directly to anywhere we planned. There are local butchers and bakeries 5 minutes walk north or south with friendly people, and amazing restaurant, cafe, wine bar and pizzeria with good vibe right around the corner. The small outdoor area was perfect for family with stroller, and the entire route walking towards San Marco comes with bridges with helpful accessible ramps. The smaller bedroom comes with 2 single beds and a day bed, even more than what’s shown in the photo.

The location was amazing.We used the rooftop for a little get together with friends… I think we had one of the best views on the island. I would highly recommend Oliver’s home for any future travel to Venice.
