Gianluca hat uns sehr freundlich und aufmerksam empfangen. (Danke für den Prosecco und die Milch im Kühlschrank und natürlich auch für deine Tipps zu Unternehmungen!) Unsere Tochter hat sich übrigens in Bella, die junge und sehr verspielte Hündin von Gianluca, verliebt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Seitenstraße. Ungefähr 10 bis 12 Minuten Fußweg von der Vaporetto Haltestelle LIDO entfernt. Ein Supermarkt ist fussläufig ca. 8 Min. von der Wohnung entfernt, der Strand ca. 10 Min. Wir empfehlen gerne die Wohnung von Gianluca weiter. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Casa pulitissima, grande calda e con tutti i comfort. Vivibile tranquilla letti comodi ti senti proprio a Venezia parco nei dintorni barra all’angolo della casa Piazza San Marco 15 minuti oppure con vaporetto. consiglio di camminare a piedi a cinque minuti via la Coop per panini bibite ed altro sulla stessa strada ci sono parecchi pub e locali è una soluzione per le famiglie ma anche per le coppie e per visitare tutta Venezia Nicolò come oste è molto disponibile e consiglio vivamente a tutti se venite a Venezia calcolate che dovete camminare a piedi. Consiglio vivamente.

We were so grateful for Dario’s help during our stay over Easter. He and his wife were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were flexible and even ordered our takeout for us as there was a language barrier. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family of 10. The set up of the rooms was perfect for a girls room and a boys room where the cousins could spend quality time together and make memories to last a lifetime. The train is close by and takes 23min to get to Venice. What a beautiful day we had there! Thank you to Dario and family for welcoming us so kindly!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Barnaba. Check-in hat sehr gut und unkompliziert funktioniert und bei der Ankunft hatte es die wichtigsten Dinge in der Wohnung, wie Kaffee, Wasser, Snacks sowie Salz, Öl und Essig, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Barnaba und Francesca haben immer und rasch geantwortet und uns auch Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter und viel Regen, aber wir haben unsere Ferien Dank der schönen Wohnung trotzdem sehr genossen. Wir durften sogar noch eine Stunde später aus-checken, was wir mit drei Kindern sehr zu schätzen wussten. Herzlichen Dank Barnaba und Francesca für die schönen Tage!

The house was spacious and full of character with amazing views across to Venice city and close to restaurants and boat services. There was a lovely charming garden we only wished we had more time to enjoy. Paolo and Nadia were extremely responsive hosts. We’ll most definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

A very warm and personal welcome from Eva who met us at the charming rustic house and showed us round. The house is well located for the beaches and historic towns and cities of the Po Delta. It is situated on a busy road but has off road parking. Its in the Po Delta so beware of mosquitos and take insect repellent.

Alessandra ist eine sehr zuvorkommene Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und Alessandra immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind gleich um die Ecke. Auch zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Mit etwas Geduld findet man auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Ansonsten kann man über Alessandra auch einen buchen.

Nur wenige Minuten vom Anleger entfernt liegt die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Nachbarschaft im Haus ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Herzlich wurden wir von der Mutter der Gastgeberin empfangen, die auch die Absprachen während unseres 14-tägigen Aufenthalts einfach und zuverlässig gestaltete. Wir würden gerne einmal wiederkommen. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est parfait , propre , spacieux, tout le confort, l'environnement calme et une vue sur la lagune et un couché de soleil exceptionnel. Si vous voulez des vacances reposantes dans un cadre enchanteur, je vous conseil avec en prime une plage privée et sauvage avec très peu de personnes que nous rejoignons en bateau à 50m de l'appartement . Merci à Tommaso pour sa disponibilité et réactivité, ainsi qu'à Litzi pour l'accueil. Je vous conseil cette location proche de Chioggia ( magnifique) ainsi que la superbe VENISE. 10 étoiles 🌟 👌

We loved the aesthetic and location of Michele’s family summer house on Lido. It’s a proper 1960s gem. Well equipped and clean. Michele was super helpful. Was nice to be a little bit away from the craziness of Venice in a chilled neighbourhood.

Thanks for a lovely few days on beautiful Pellestrina. The studio was perfect, with everything needed for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The Pellestrina sunsets were amazing! Huge thanks to Davide and his parents for helping us out after we got our dates muddled. Pellestrina was one of the highlights of our trip across Italy, thanks again!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung im herzen der Altstadt von Chioggia. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Roberto war jederzeit auch für Tipps erreichbar.

Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

insgesamt super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Pool sehr sauber. Wohnung groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die zwei Balkone waren sehr angenehm. Wir fanden dann auch einen freien Strand 20 min zu Fuß der sauber und nicht überlaufen (auch wenige/keine Hunde) war. Hundeallergiker aufpassen relativ viele Hunde an der Strandlinie. Zentrum mit Geschäften und Lokalen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Wohnung in dehr ruhiger Lage. Wir würden wieder kommen

Pokud máte rádi tento typ ubytování, určitě se vám tu bude libit. Mobilní domek byl čistý, personál nápomocný. Líbily se nám animační programy. Bazén byl čistý, oceňuji dohled plavčíka. Doporučuji restauraci La Chiesetta.

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour automnal sur l'île d'Albarella. L'appartement est très bien équipé (super pour une famille de 5 personnes) et très bien situé (au bord du fjord), dans un quartier tranquille et près de tout. Les hôtes Enrico et Orazio sont très réactifs et se sont déplacés en personne pour la remise des clés. Ils nous ont donné toutes les informations utiles et ont toujours été disponibles en cas de question. En résumé, une très belle expérience que nous recommandons chaleureusement.
