I had the pleasure of staying at two of Sonia's places over the past 8 months, first the 5 BR villa and this trip, the 4BR villa. My experience from the time of booking until the time to check out, was awesome. I love her places and this one is a gem. The location is top notch, there are so many things in walking distance or a short drive away, the life of the Dominican people are on full display on the 'Malecon' blvd, and the neighbors (both residents and businesses) are extremely friendly. Sonia's property is beautiful, it feels like home, it's private, and has all the amenities you need. All you really need are your suitcases, that's it. The staff made my stay effortlessly, I truly wish my time did not have to end. I highly recommend this property and all of her properties.

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Very happy with the place and Pedro’s communication was exceptional. Cant wait to comeback with family again .

First I would like to say that my boyfriend, my dog and I had a wonderful time at Villa Belisia Maria. We all felt very comfortable and cozy here. The place was walkable to the beach but since it was rainy we had to drive less than 10 minutes. The pool was perfect, the Villa had everything we needed and the rooms were very well organized and clean. The host Jhoselyn was helpful from the start and very welcoming. The manager Danny was also very helpful from the start as he showed us how to get to the beach the minute we arrived at the villa. He was also very responsive to any requests or questions that we had. The property was very well kept and very beautiful greenery all around, making it feel peaceful and breathtaking. The inside of the Villa was neat, cozy and nicely decorated. There were supplies on hand like toiletries, towels, paper towels, cooking utensils and laundry detergents. All in all, everything was perfect for us! We would most definitely be coming back here next time.

Barbara was quick to respond, very detailed on how to find the place, very resourceful & very accommodating. The place was very nice and comfortable.

The house was amazing and the security was nice and friendly and even walked the premises the place is secure and safe and the neighborhood is friendly and safe and easy to maneuver alone

It’s the perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind or enjoy leisure activities, whether it's lounging by the pool, playing golf, or exploring the surrounding area. Highly recommended for a delightful escape! Might I also add the host was amazing and left nothing in question. We will definitely return.

We loved the house’s location and how clean it was upon and it’s exactly like the pictures and the host was friendly and helpful. My favorite room was the bathroom. I would love to come back.

Probably the best villa i stayed in these 4 years i been going to sosua the place is bigger and more beautiful in person and very clean and ayden is a great host he made sure he took his time and explain everything about the house and was there for whatever we needed and places we needed to go great experience

Such a beautiful place with plenty of space and charm. Being close to the open natural Environment - a few bugs maybe spotted in the patio area. Overall a beautiful place and I would stay again.

Place was as pictured. It is out the way but still less than 15 minutes from the action. The back up generator kicked in each time the lights went out. the hot water was on point, we enjoyed the pool and just sitting on that front patio. The living room area could use a ac unit but if you open the door the cool island breeze did just fine would suggest some type of net so when you open the door the wasp don’t get in. Overall a good experience. I would stay again

Very nice villa with enough space , very beautiful and everything was clean and as seen in the pictures , this is my second time staying in this villa and as always is a great villa to stay at , everything is as seen in the pictures and a very nice spot to stay and close to the beach as well.

Theresa and her staff were absolutely wonderful hosts. Everything was taken care of in advance and she was still in contact to make sure everything was perfect . You couldn’t find a nicer host. The villa was one of the nicest I’ve ever seen and it was in a beautiful area. I will recommend this villa and Theresa to everyone I know after having such a wonderful experience with her.

Muy recomendable. Estamos muy satisfechos con esta elección, estuvimos muy tranquilos y muy a gusto, Nana fue súper amable, nos explicó todo de manera clara y sencilla, nos recomendó comercios locales que fueron muy útiles. Lo que más nos gustó fueron las camas, súper cómodas, dormimos súper bien. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Muy recomendable.

Serene Paradise with Spectacular Views My stay at this Airbnb villa was nothing short of magnificent. The BBQ grill provided the perfect opportunity for outdoor dining, while the swimming pool and jacuzzi offered endless hours of relaxation and rejuvenation. However, the true highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking balcony, which offered panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. The weather during my stay was exceptional, with clear skies and a gentle breeze adding to the overall charm of the experience. The location was blissfully quiet, allowing for uninterrupted moments of serenity and peace. Muy bonito espacio, todo igual a lo descrito y a las fotos. Mi única observación sería que se sentía mucha humedad y polvo en la sala y en la habitación, tal vez por las cortinas.

Our second time to rent a place in DR. The location is within walking distance to an amazing beach, small grocery store that offers fresh bread daily, and good restaurants! The home was spacious and very well taken care of, pool service came daily, yard was maintained while we were there. Very private, good interest. Can easily fit 6 or more people. Ana & Jay responded when we had questions, offered info on restaurants and also connected us with a great driver! I highly recommend this place and hopefully we can stay there again.

This place was great. The service was amazing; Rafelina and her staff were kind and helpful. They were there to answer all our questions and help us if we needed anything. My family and I were very pleased with the location and service provided. It was a big group of us so it was nice that we could play music and decorate for a party. I would certainly recommend this place to any friends and family who would like to enjoy a nice getaway or if they want to celebrate a Birthday. The Villa was amazing and looked so beautiful.
