It is perfect for couples, friends or a young family, as the second bedroom has a sofa bed that can fit two. The building is from 2021 and has an elevator and paid parking in the basement.

Central station if merely a 15 minute walk, or the nearest metro is just a few minutes walk away. This is my full time home and I rent out when on vacation. It is fully functional.
