This place really deserves a 10-star review, but that option doesn't exist. It's one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's super clean, and the area is very quiet.

Uni의 도움으로 알라카르트 호텔에 묵을 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔 전에 시내에서 조금 떨어진 리조트에 묵었는데 여기는 시내와 가까워서 좋은 점이 있더군요 바로 앞에 비치도 있어서 며칠 묵으면서 수영하기도 좋을 것 같아요. 옥상 수영장도 있으나 꽤 작아서 이용하진 못하고 밤에 루프탑 바만 이용했는데 높은 층에 있어서 그런지 시원하고 좋았어요 저렴한 가격에 분위기 내기는 좋은 호텔인 것 같아요. 에어 비앤비를 통해 예약했지만 다른 투숙객과 동일하게 체크인아웃을 하며 호텔을 이용했고 다만 조식은 포함되어 있지 않았습니다. 하루밖에 안 묵었지만 2박을 했으면 더 알차게 보낼 수 있었을 것 같아요. 호텔 내 직원들과 호스트 모두 친절해서 편히 쉬다 갑니다

This apartment which is in a service hotel was great, clean comfortable. Hotel had very kind and fine service with extremely polite and helpful staff. Louis and his family were very helpful in every way. They helped us to rent a car at very good price, They also have a wonderful restaurant with delicious local food as well.

A double-room apartment in a hotel. Reasonable price, great location. Just a few steps to the beach. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The beds were really wide and so comfortable that we missed out our breakfast the next morning lol. All in all, it's an absolutely wonderful place for staying in Da Nang if you want somewhere near the beach and your budget is a bit tight. You will relax yourself and feel like home here.

Babylon is located behind Babylon Garden Spa. Situated across the beach, about maximum a 10mins walk if you stroll. Hotel can give you beach towels! Surrounded by lots of roadside stalls, cafe and marts. The room was spotless and clean, had pots & pans, water kettle and a fridge. Note it doesn’t come with a microwave. Bathroom is clean, heater is consistently good. All the receptionists were very friendly and hospitable, I had a severe case of food poisoning and the receptionist called the ambulance for me. After discharge, the entire service team constantly checked on us asking if I was feeling better and needed food. Since it was linked to the spa, you get a discount! There’s free washer & dryer with powder up at the roof top. There’s also a nice pool. Also has resident dog and cats!!

I can't say enough about our stay!! We stayed here for Tet and the full month of January. Our son and daughter also joined us for 2 weeks staying in units of their own. This was the PERFECT place!!! Close to the markets and shopping and still an authentic neighborhood. We made so many friends and the hotel staff treated us like family the entire time!!! This was our first visit to Da Nang and it did not disappoint. Might be my new favorite city in Vietnam!!! It is also a quick 7 minute Grab ride to the beach. My suggestion is do not stay beach side. It is just all Westerners and you don't really get to feel the authenticity of the Vietnamese people and the warmth of their hospitality. Anyway- this is definitely the place you want to stay! I miss everyone so much already!!!!

Excellent apartment in a excellent location. You are right by the water and beach. There are many great bars and restaurants walkable from the location. Host is extremely responsive and if you have any problems, he will take care of any of them. Check out his recommendations.

We had a great stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the accommodation for approximately 11 days. Thương was an amazing host - proactive, offered to clean our room regularly and always responsive and friendly. The room is beautiful, comfortable and had a great view overlooking the famous (biggest) bridge in Da Nang. We'll definitely be back in the future if visiting this city - thank you Thương and the Team for an amazing experience at your Airbnb.

This is a new place, so everything was clean. The place is decorated nicely. Check in was easy and communication with Host is top notch. She is great. bare in mind since the place is new, there can be things that is needed or concerns to be addressed but please reach out to Host as she will do what she can to help! Would stay again. Located a few minutes walk to the beach. Many coffee shops and food around.

The apartment is not very new, but you get exactly what you see on pictures. Nice and comfortable studio. Pool is nice, neighborhood is very local and quiet. Host is very helpful and we had no issues staying for 1 week.

cozy and quiet place to stay

I had a wonderful stay. The location is great, within a few minutes walking distance to a grocery store, many restaurants, a gym, and the beach. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. The housekeeper does a fantastic job cleaning the apartment twice a week. This is a great place for both short term and long term stays.

Highly recommended!!! A nice place to stay in Da Nang. There are many restaurants and cafes closed by. The host is extremely nice and friendly. They provide water bottles and new bath towels daily. The place is peaceful that I love the most.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The photos don’t do it justice. There is a winding staircase over a koi river with sprawling greenery all over. The rooms themselves were immaculate. Breakfast options were made to order and delivered at a time of your choosing (and were delicious!). Literal seconds’ walk from the beach and close proximity to the Lady Buddha and Monkey Mountain. Responsive host and friendly staff. We would absolutely book here again!

We stayed for 1 week in Da Nang at Tuyet's place and I can say it was the best place to be at! We were lucky to come across this place and will definitely stay again here when we come back! Tuyet and her husband/partner were very welcoming and accommodating, from the pre-arrival, during the stay and even upon check out. They rented us a motorbike for a very good deal, and it was ready upon our arrival. WIFI is fast, drinking water is available in the building and the laundry inside the room was very convenient + the really nice balcony! Bed was spacious, AC was working well, the room was really nice, big, quiet and clean. Big fridge, and they have a microwave and electronic stove. The place was also 5 mins away from the beach! And 2-3 mins (by motorbike) away from all the shops and restaurants. It was close to the night market and the dragon bridge! Very good location. Tuyet was very helpful in restaurant and tourist spot recommendations! The place and the hosts definitely made our stay more convenient and enjoyable! Will definitely come back again. And I definitely recommend this gem! Thanks again, Tuyet!
