Architectural digest worthy treehouse of sorts, in the heart of Cozumel. Hardwood furniture and cedar create a lovely space. Just The bedroom has very cold ac. Big, full kitchen. Delicious breakfast included daily.

I’ve stayed in many places in Playa and Daniela’s penthouse is one of the best! There is so much space, in the apartment and on the roof. The covering over the plunge pool with jets helped keep you cool from the Playa sun. The BBQ and kitchen sink upstairs is a perfect touch. The rooms, and everything else, were super clean and comfortable. The ACs were strong, the washer and dryer useful, and was well stoked in the kitchen and plenty of extra linens and towels. It’s close to Playacar and the ADO turística and Cozumel ferry. Would definitely stay here again with friends and/or family. Daniela is also very responsive.

Si buscas un lugar cerca del Ferry de pasajeros, este es el lugar ideal, esta a 4 cuadras cuando mucho! Detalles como tener agua para beber hacen la diferencia. Las camas cómodas y las sabanas limpias, definitivamente descansamos después de estar todo el día en el agua.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Jamie's Mareazul vacation home. The home was beautiful, clean. The view of the sea was spectacular and even more beautiful than the photos. The resort is accessible and high quality. The restaurants were expensive, but convenient. It is a bit of a hike to PDC, but the location allowed for a quiet, peaceful vacation away from the noise. Jamie was an excellent host. She responded to every question promptly and was extremely communicative and helpful. I cannot more highly recommend this location!

we loved the Apartment. You have everything you need. It was very clean. There is a lot of space. I wished I could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay there again.

Such a beautiful, unique location we stayed in the city, so it was nice to have a couple days out in the jungle definitely will return!! The hosts are amazing!! It’s easier to find before it gets dark. After that super easy to find. Recommend for a break away from the fast pace life.

We had a fantastic 10 night stay at Holly’s apartment. We found it incredibly walkable to the main touristy areas but enough off the beaten path that we were able to enjoy some tranquility at night and in the mornings. The 72 beach is within 10 mins walk and it’s one of the nicer and less crowded public beaches. There are some incredible restaurants close by like Tropical Tacos and P’tit Shoux. You’re also within 15 mins walk to a supermarket. The rooftop pool is small and the roof is never crowded. The folks in the building were super kind. We did have a minor issue when we arrived that holly was incredibly responsive to and she exceeded our expectations in her response and solution focused attitude. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Une des meilleurs expérience de airbnb, George prend beaucoup à coeur l'expérience client. Il a premièremwnt offert de venir nous chercher et nous reconduire à la fin du séjour. Il a aussi fait plusieurs recommandations. Il a plusieurs contacte sur l'île, comme une compagnie de location de scooter qui vient livrer la moto et revienne la chercher quand c'est fini. La terrasse est merveilleuse et on se sent comme à la maison. Il donne à la disposition quelques bicyclette quoi que un peu usée elles tiennent très bien la route. Je reviendrais sans hésite. Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

La casa es increíble, muy espaciosa y con hamaca incluida. Esta lejos de la zona turística pero cuesta unos 70 pesos ir en taxi. Lo bueno es que es una zona tranquila y tiene playa esmeralda y otra mas muy cerca que son muy bonitas. Los dueños muy rápidos y amables ya que les pedimos unos favores y nos aceptaron sin problema Nosotros por nuestra parte tuvimos en descuido con la limpieza en la casa pero se pusieron en contacto conmigo y se solucionó rápidamente Muy recomendado

casa cómoda y segura, la atención es muy buena por parte de la dueña. solo que es un laberinto para encontrar la unidad habitacional, muy pocas opciones de llegada

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

We felt right at home at Maribel's place. It was clean, and comfortable, peaceful, and private. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet place and very secure

This was a perfect location to stay in. Walkable to the beach and popular 5th avenue, but in a lovely, leafy location. The apartment was in a shared building. Concierge helped us to locate the apartment, check in and book a taxi when we left. All extremely organised. The bonus was the turtles outside which we loved saying hi to every day! Would highly recommend!

I just spent three magical months at Kara's place. It was absolutely perfect. Kara was always very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. Her place is beautiful, with an amazing rooftop terrace and plunge pool (which is where I spent most of my time!!). Easily walkable to everything one would ever want (restaurants, shopping, beach, grocery stores, etc). I am already planning a return - longer next time! Writing this review wasn't easy - just because there is no way to capture just how comfortable and taken care of Kara made me feel. Hacienda San Jose is a truly magical place!

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

Everything matches the description if not better in person. Everything you need at your fingertips. House was clean and up to date with good air conditioning and easy access. I will return in the future. Very fare on the pricing and very close to everything you want to do in playa for sure. Great host too JFK

Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

Beautiful ocean view! Wake up to the sunrise, waves crashing in on the rocks, it’s stunning. The condo has beautiful tile decor, comfortable beds and kitchen is well-equipped, drinking water supplied. Amazing place! (Wifi is not good if that’s important). When we arrived, the power was out. JP greeted us and the team kindly helped us with our bags, apologizing for the inconvenience. They got the fridge working but we did not have use of power for approx 24 hours which made the beginning of our stay tricky. *We did not ask for nor receive any compensation for the inconvenience.* Our kids loved the pool. Although it was the middle of the day we received some odd looks and comments about how loud our kids were from other residents. We did not find free beach access near the Airbnb, just rocky areas and private property. We had beach and pool access at nearby restaurant/bar La Buena Vida which we enjoyed. We also enjoyed Lol•Ha Snack Bar and free beach access at Akumal Bay.

Alejandro was very kind and responsive. The apartment is small but had everything I needed. All areas of the apartment were clean and all appliances were in good working order. The area is secured and a short distance from the main tourist area. The apartment complex is quiet and has a working lift. Overall I enjoyed staying at Maria’s apartment.
