O espaço é muito bom. As avaliações estão corretas. Vou deixar uma avaliação específica para famílias com crianças pequenas. A comunicação com os anfitriões é facil. Letícia nos ajudou em tudo, com lençóis extras para meu filho. O espaço é amplo, a varanda tem uma proteção suficiente para uma criança. A cozinha é completa para fazer refeições dos pequenos com utensílios de qualidade que ajudam no preparo. O apartamento é silencioso, virado para área interna. Andrea fornece um colchão inflável de qualidade com bomba elétrica que meu filho dormiu confortavelmente. A piscina é excelente para crianças, com duas profundidades seguras. O quarto é um pouco claro, mas conseguimos dormir bem mesmo assim. A praia publica é um pouco distante para andar com crianças pequenas, mas o foco da cidade são os passeios então achamos tranquilo. Voltaríamos.

Top Wohnung, sehr modern und sehr gut riechende Seife Es war alles da, Toilettenpapier und Handtücher . Netflix vorhanden Aufpassen mit kleinen Kindern und leider kein Aufzug, aber für normal Reisende perfekt, als Familie wie gesagt etwas aufpassen

Would most definitely recommend anyone Remys place. Specifically if your first time. You are in the heart of it all and everything is steps and blocks away. Food, stores, bars, beach everything! All other services are accommodated to that area. It’s all about location, location location. And not only location, but the place was spectacular and even though it was right in the center of it all it felt like you were somewhat else as soon as you started entering the place. That had a lot of attention to detail those clean smelled great. Everything worked properly. I cannot recommend this place enough thank you Remi for everything. Our family had a great time. Hope to go back soon to Cancun and to experience it again and your beautiful home. To whoever goes, you’ll have a great time but as well, a great stay.

Recomendado 100% la zona súper accesible para caminar y para llegar a la 5ta Av. áreas para comer súper cerca, la zona muy tranquila, el departamento muy amplio, el Rooftop súper tranquilo y relajante, la gente súper agradable. Sin duda lo volveríamos a elegir. 💖

We rented this property for a family reunion and throughly enjoyed our stay. It is in a residential, gated community which boasts a lovely community gym and pool. There were 9 of us (including kids) and there was plenty of space for all of us. Rodrigo and his team were helpful and responsive, but if you want reservations for the Xalmar Beach Club, I suggest you book a few slots before you arrive which you can adjust later on, as otherwise it gets a bit complicated. We did not make use of the firepit or the outside cinema screen as we were happy to just relax by the pool so I can't comment on those. Lots of hot water in the shower with good pressure - be aware it is salty. We had a really lovely time and fully recommend this home.

Tuvimos unos días bien gratos ,todo muy limpio ,zona tranquila ,muchos locales para comprar ,restaurantes,taquerias,panaderías, oxxo etc. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros si necesitábamos algo y cualquier duda que tuve fue aclarada . El acceso al condominio fue super fácil, todo bien con los baños ,la presión del agua estaba bien y aunque llegábamos tarde en la noche después de los tour a ducharnos nunca hubo problemas con el agua caliente ya que seguimos muy bien todas las instrucciones . Excelente también el aire acondicionado en cada habitación para pasar el calor . Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos ahí ya que la ubicación queda cerca del centro de playa del carmen y también los parques xcaret y Tulum . Agradecemos también la atención aparte de Jesús la de Hassari ella siempre muy amable ,muchas gracias por todo.

Lizz y su mamá nos acogieron muy bien, nos ayudaron con algunos percances que tuvimos. Conversamos bastante bien. La ubicación no está tan cerca de la playa, se debe tomar taxi o camión que quedaba cerca pero casi no lo logramos.

El alojamiento es grande, tiene una vista muy agradable al interior del edificio. Las dos albercas están muy agradables. El sofá cama no es súper cómodo pero cumple con su función. Luis es muy amable y contesta rápidamente

We loved the unit, its location and the staff were amazing. Our host was so friendly when greeting us and showing us around. We felt so at home. The Money Bar is a bit on the pricey side but great for when you don’t want to leave the area. The sunsets and the live band there were awesome. All the amenities in the unit were superb. We wished we had more time in the unit but had so much to do while in Cozumel. We swam in the pool that was huge. Wished I had more time to plan a cook out on the BBQ in the courtyard, maybe next time! This resort is amazing and will definitely return if not purchase my own unit. We loved it and will be returning.

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available to offer fantastic recommendations. Their prompt communication made everything seamless. The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed, yet nestled in a safe and quiet area. The rental itself was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped for cooking, which was a huge plus for us. One of the highlights was the incredible coffee shop right downstairs, serving delicious sandwiches and pastries—a real treat every morning! Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

This condo at the Mara exceeded our expectations - first time in Playa so wasn’t sure about the neighborhood, etc and we really lucked out! We were 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) and had plenty of room to stretch out, have dinner together at the massive dining table, or have an adults only drink on the patio. It’s in a gated community and next to a bird sanctuary so it was so peaceful and private. We walked to town every day, the ferry, the bus terminal or the taxi stand…really easy. We got a private chef one night and a full cleaning one day and Karen helped with all of it..she was amazing! Very accommodating with last minute changes and any questions we had. We would absolutely go back to Playa and the Mara

Carlos was always responsive and extremely friendly. he did everything to make our stay comfortable and have us many amazing recommendations. We loved staying here and it was close to everything
