Sebastian and his family are some of the best people ever. Genuinely always trying to make us feel at home and making sure we have everything we could need and more! It is a little ways away from PDC (10-15min drive). But if you want to walk into your own jungle oasis where monkeys will come and say hi in the morning then this is the place. One of the most amazing places I’ve ever stayed and will definitely be coming back!

Casa Chanty was a wonderful villa, right on a beach in a quiet, secluded community. It had everything we needed and Alberto was very helpful and always there when we needed something. The host, Cristina provided all information we needed, plus recommendations on supermarkets, restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Chanty. Highly recommended, if you want a quiet vacation away from hustle and bustle of Cancun or Playa del Carmen.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay! We loved it here and felt right at home. The floor to ceiling windows and views of the treetops made us feel immediately at ease and the use of the bikes was especially helpful for getting around the island. The shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was extremely comfortable. Wifi worked great. We were super sad to leave this place by the end of the trip because we liked it that much.

Moi et mes amis avons passé cinq nuit dans ce bel appartement. Très bien équipé, propre et propice à un séjour agréable. Le rooftop est conforme à la description et c’est un endroit parfait pour faire un bbq, passer quelques instants dans la petite piscine pour se rafraîchir. La chambre à l’étage était très sympathique également, on se sent un peu isolé. De plus, tout le personnel de la résidence est agréable, il y’a une piscine commune de taille convenable et un parking. Je recommande fortement ce logement si vous allez à Playa del Carmen.

Glenn fue muy amable con nosotros en la recepción. Se nota que le pone mucha pasión a brindar un excelente servicio con su Airbnb. Nos brindaron todo lo que necesitamos para que nuestra estadía sea más cómoda. Por ejemplo: accesorios de playa, toallas de playa, cocina equipada, incluyendo elementos básicos como sal, aceite y pimienta. También nos fue de mucha ayuda los bidones de agua que nos dieron como para pasar la estadía. Nosotros eramos 6 y nos arreglamos bárbaro adentro. Tener en cuenta que es una zona ruidosa pero a nosotros no nos molestó en lo absoluto.

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

I’ve stayed at airbnbs all over the world. I manage myself quite a few airbnbs but I will say this was one of the best well maintained homes I have ever stayed at. Aside from the cleanliness and location the place was just really cool. They had a very modern contemporary / high end design. The flooring really nice, all smart LEDs around the home activated by Alexa by saying “home on” and all these neons turn on. It’s really cool. Second I walked in I extended 😅 then on top of that I open the fridge and this guy left a full fridge of beers, drinks, chips, and more. I go to the bathroom tooth brushes, tooth paste, listerine I have never seen a place this amenity packed in my life lol I’m going to take a page out of his book on how to manage my own homes 😅 felt so welcoming so warm such great details in each area. The owner turn the home over himself and just was the nicest person. I will keep this one saved for the future Mr Gilles has my business. Thank you very much for having me.

Such an amazing place, looks exactly like in the pictures. The check-in and check-out was super quick. Alberto was super helpful in the process.. We arrived a bit early but we were able to access the patio, pool and the beach. The property has all kitchenware with washing machine and oven. As we were group of 9 people, we prepared breakfast and dinner in-house. Also, the property comes with a bbq and we did make use of it. There was no problem with the parking. Christina is increíble host and would highly recommended this property anyone looking for secluded place to relax and have a good time.
