Beside a pocket park on the edge of the Pacific ocean, this Suite offers 600 sq. ft patio and 234 sq. ft Suite but book Master Suite (1400 sq. ft total) if you need more space. Tide pools are about 100' away. Bluffs are too dangerous for kids but ok for surfboards. Two person spa, dining table, chaises await. Beach access from park, sandy beach one quarter mile away. En suite/king bed with Espresso and microwave, frig/freezer, electric fry pan & dishes. You can throw stones into ocean from here.

Welcome to the beautiful Del Mar Beach Club, in Solana Beach! Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, Del Mar Fairgrounds/racetracks/concert venue, and coastal train that can take you to Encinitas, Carlsbad, Old Town (close to Sea World) or downtown San Diego. This is one of the very few communities in Solana that offers direct access to the beach from the private, gated community. Stairs to the beach are just a 2-min walk from the front door!

Sunset Dome

Our dome is a half-moon structure that features a king-size memory foam bed and an outdoor shower under a pepper tree, while the deck provides stunning views of the hilltop. We're located in a gated community close to all major attractions, and guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets, starry skies, ocean breeze, and bird watching (21 different kinds). The dome is 200 sqft with AC/heater, an outhouse (composting toilet), and outdoor showers, making it a perfect choice for glamping.

The toughest decision you'll have to make while here is whether to go to Cardiff by the Sea for the day or Moonlight State Beach, often ranked one of the best in the country. Olivenhain also has an incredible "dark sky policy."
