Instructions to reach the location were spot on. The lockbox allowed for flexibility when coming and going. The views were exactly as shown in the pictures. It was nice to not be expected to scrub the place clean at check out like some hosts require. There wasn't a single issue during our stay but if there had been, I know that Zoey would have been responsive.

This was a great spot for a weekend ski trip for a group of friends! Donald was very responsive! We liked that you were able to ski right to the place, as a snowboarder it was a little more difficult because the trail can get flat in areas, but we made it! Having access to the shuttles around town was also a great perk! The large bathtub in the primary bedroom was really relaxing after a full day of skiing! Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here and will look to rent again in the future. We had a few plumbing issues at checking and our host was very responsive and got it fixed quickly! We were very close to the pool/hot tub and also a shot wall to the ski lift. Most importantly these were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on away from home and everyone in our group agreed! Check-in was very easy, it would be nice to include the pool code in the checkin instructions. Thank you for the stay we had a great time!

Gorgeous, gorgeous views! Wow. Loved sitting outside with coffee and watching the sun rise + the hummingbirds! Tiny town is adorable (don’t skip the BBQ restaurant), lake was super pretty, and the drive in is beautiful too.

Cindy and Steve were wonderful hosts. This was our first time staying at a room in a house, rather than renting a whole house to ourselves. We weren't sure what to expect, but it was a wonderful first experience! Cindy is a very thoughtful host. She provided us with a lovely private room and bathroom. The room had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and even snacks and extra bathroom items that we might need. Cindy was so kind and friendly. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and parking. We really enjoyed our stay!

This house was wonderful. The setting is absolutely perfect, peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings but doesn’t feel isolated. Great views from all sides. We have lived and traveled extensively in the mountains, and loved this house. Jake was there to explain everything. He also is a master pizza maker and his pizzas are highly recommended, as is this house.

This was quite the deal price wise which I needed coming into Avon for some events I was attending at Vail, and it did not at all disappoint. Lynn was extremely responsive and had detailed instructions that were well written. The place was nice, a bit dated, but for the price I cannot complain. There was a bit of noise, but this is noted in the description as it is an older building, I really didn’t mind. This place had everything I could have needed, full kitchen, nice bathroom, comfy bed, and great location. Her requests for clean up were reasonable and completed without issue. Thanks for providing such a streamlined and easy experience for your guests!

We had such a great experience at Liz’s place! The location is absolutely perfect for getting around town and being walkable to restaurants and shops! The apartment itself was very clean and just as described in the listing. Check in and check out was extremely easy and Liz was very communicative and always reachable if I had a question. The space was perfect for a small group and we would stay again because of the fantastic location!

Amazing place to stay with family! Plenty of room to spread out and great gathering space for everyone to be together. A true chefs kitchen. Avon rec center is right across the street and the free Westin gondola is less than a 5 min walk. You can enjoy the slopes or a beautiful stroll along the river walk. We loved our time here!

Excellent communication with host. No issue finding parking. Beds all comfortable. Plenty of items in kitchen to prepare meals with. Very close to bus depot for mountain-to-mountain transportation. Very close to Gondola. Walkable to Aspen shops and restaurants. Hot tub and pool both perfect temperatures. Will definitely rent this location again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christy's cute little condo in Avon. It is small, but perfectly set up so that you never feel like it's cramped, just cute. It's adorably decorated, but not cluttered, and super clean. The bathroom was fabulous; plenty of space in the small kitchen, and room and supplies to cook, if you were so interested. It is minutes from the gondola and bus for Beaver Creek, and steps from coffee shops, walks along the Eagle River and groceries. Christy was so friendly and helpful, and made everything easy. We can't wait to go back!!

Amazing stay! Great location. Easy to access ski mountain and Gondola that allows you to travel to all parts of the mountain and Telluride. Resort has nice amenities and friendly staff.

We had a wonderful time as a family at this location. :) We hope to be back.

Andrea’s place was great! It was just what we expected and needed for a perfect weekend in Aspen. Andrea was very responsive to our communications. We hope to return to this lovely little gem.

It was a nice stay for a weekend ski trip, short walk to the gondola nice view. Douglas was very helpful and responsive.

We had a great stay here! House was as described - clean and cozy. House was well stocked with cooking pots and pans, cutleries, plates, etc and we appreciated that body wash and shampoo were provided as well! Catrin has been very responsive and helpful since the beginning. Location couldn’t be more perfect - 5ish mins easy walk to the Bear Lot across the street, where there we took a 10mins free shuttle bus to Beaver Creek Village. Would definitely stay here again if we were to come to Beaver Creek again!

This condo has an amazing location. True ski in/ski out. Steps to the runs and w blocks from Village Mall and gondola to the Village. Christopher was super responsive and helpful. Massage chair is a game changer. Definitely would stay here again.

Kim was an excellent host and her condo was perfect for our ski week with my young daughters. It was very spacious and conveniently located near the ski school. The views were also beautiful and the pool and hot tub were fun to come to after a long day of skiing.

My wife was hesitant about this condo after we booked it because of lack of reviews. We contacted Vacasa and were told they had recently taken over managing the property. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Only cons I would say is that there is carpet in the bathrooms and at the time of our stay the elevator to the building was broken which was not to the fault of this airbnb. The condo is older and decorated and stocked as such, but it is what we expected when booked. For the value and being so close within walking distance, as well as ski and ski out, we would absolutely stay here again if skiing at beaver creek. There were extra perks that we did not expect when booking. One the ground floor there is a ski locker with a key provided so you can drop everything off after skiing to dry out overnight. The condo is absolutely skin and ski out (this is dependent on one of the commuter runs and lift being open). The hot tub area is nice and we only ever saw one other group of people using it. The condo is a very short walk to downtown beaver creek for dinner and drinks.

The room was very clean, in a great location, and had a relaxing view out the window overlooking the creek running through Beaver Creek Village. Having Christy Sports located in BC Lodge made renting & storing our skis very easy. Also, the BC lodge is the location the shuttle to Vail stops, which is very convenient. My only suggestion for improvement would be to get a better smart TV, because I could never get any streaming services to work properly.

Adele’s unit was conveniently located in the middle of Avon, close walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Location very easy to get to Vail and Beaver Creek. The unit was simple and as advertised, clean, and included all necessities. Adele was very helpful in communication prior and during the stay. I would recommend the unit to potential renters.

The condo was perfect for our family of six (2 adults and 4 kids). The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Instructions the provided prior to check in were helpful and detailed on how to access the condo, amenities, info on the local area etc, and everything was very easy to follow. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured, and well stocked with things like extra towels and linens, a little bit of tea and coffee and spices for cooking, dishwasher and laundry pods… it felt very comfortable like home away from home. It was very livable and easy!! We had an awesome week skiing and staying there, would definitely stay again.
