Lovely space in a great location. Not a side of town we’d stayed in before but we really loved being able to walk to the river and explore all the options nearby for coffee and food. Would definitely stay again!

My family loved our stay at Stay In’s home! It’s location is incredibly convenient to multiple restaurants and cafes, Boise State, and a grocery store. It is an older house in an older part of Boise, and while it’s been renovated very well, the age shows (i.e. very squeaky floors, brocade textured walls, etc.), but it’s well maintained. If we return to Boise, we plan to stay again!

This home was clean,quite, well stocked, affordable and easily accessible. I recommend staying there, I will return.

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and very cozy. Great neighborhood. Was able to sit in the backyard for a few. Very private. All the amenities an small touches in the house was great. We will defiantly be back for another stay. The host was easy to contact. check in and checkout was easy.

I had a fantastic experience renting this home! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely rent this home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

This was a good place for my family of five adults and one grand girl. Great inside and easy in and out.

The house suited us perfectly for a fun weekend with our son who’s a BSU student. Plenty of cooking supplies to make food, plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Everything we needed to make us feel at home.

We absolutely loved staying at Judy’s place! We were visiting family for our daughter’s first birthday and she made us feel very welcome and right at home! We walked in to a beautiful place with a happy birthday banner and Easter basket for our daughter. She also laid out some fun toys for her to play with. Everything was perfect and we felt so taken care of! Judy is the prime example of a good host. She’ll make you feel welcomed and cared for. We’ll definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Great walk-ability to trail system and downtown. Yard is private and street is very quiet. Perfect place to stay in Helena! We’d definitely stay here again.

Very comfy place in a great location.

Tessa was so kind and accommodating- we asked for a couple of kitchen items early in the morning and within 10 minutes she was at our door with everything we asked for! Her little girls were also so sweet and friendly towards our one year-old. They have a beautiful home and we were very happy to have stayed there. They also have a great park right across the street that our little girl loved!we would recommend to anybody to stay here and felt it was a great clean and beautiful spot for the value!

We loved the neatness, open space, beautiful farm surroundings, excellent farm fresh breakfast that you get to cook how you like it, sleep number bed, clear instruction laid out for each room, free laundry, amazing shower! What did I miss? We didn't end up soaking at Miracle Hot Springs but were well rejuvenated from the stay and it was well worth it! 5 stars all around!

This Airbnb just gives the feelings of a host that really enjoys hosting and is very hospitable. From personalized notes to food/drinks, snacks, clear instructions/recommendations, and lovely decor/design (like the mural outside), extra touches (like toiletries in case you forgot something, robes, getting the two sofa beds made ahead for our kids, etc), you can just tell a lot of care and thought went into this space. Julia was very responsive, we just didn’t need to reach out much because it felt like they had already foreseen any potential question/need and it was already taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Had everything we needed, plus some amazing homemade banana bread and other various food supplies for us to use. The bed wasn’t comfortable though, and was a little small for 2 people. It served its purpose though and we had a good time.

Just stayed the one night. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Had a couple nice conversations with Deb. She was a gracious host and fun to chat with. Would highly recommend.

We got exactly what we were looking for. A peaceful night away. We were able to take our dog with us and unplug. We sat around the chimenea fire with a very kind and friendly man that was also staying there. We saw shooting stars, and the milky way and got to relax. Thank you for having us!

We received a warm welcome to their home. It had been snowing and the views of the snow capped hills was breathtaking. It was very clean, Donna and Wally were welcoming and very personable. The breakfasts were delicious and she was very accommodating to my being vegetarian and needing low sugar options. She made us wonderful potatoes and omelettes one day and waffles, potatoes and scrambled eggs the next. She had her own canned strawberries for a topping choice. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the rented quarters and a keurig. They provided tea and hot cocoa packets also. We really enjoyed the hot tub as well! We will definitely be back! Great people and home!

This was my second stay with them and they are some of the nicest people you will ever meet not only did they allow me to check in early they made a later check out time because I work nights. Clean cozy rooms and the bed is so incredibly comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marcia’s cozy place. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful night. We enjoyed meeting Marcia and appreciate her recommendation for a place to go for an enjoyable meal.

Linda and Phil are extremely welcoming and fabulous hosts. We enjoyed talking with them like we were family, and felt quite at home in their home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location is great for skiing at Lost Trail and for exploring the area and mountains. Highly recommended!!!

This is a beautiful home that is well set up. You have your own private bed and bath, get to meet the other people staying, and have a delicious breakfast made for you. The dinner recommendation was fabulous. The jetted tub was wonderful. I can't wait to stay again!
