Okay, I am a nice guy and lean toward positive reviews, but when I tell you that this is the best Airbnb that I have stayed in, it is neither kindness or generosity! This is the most thoughtfully appointed studio I have encountered through Airbnb or anywhere else for that matter! First the covered parking space that leads directly to the motion sensor lighted pathway to the front door, which is instantly lit up by overhead lighting. Inside the place is beautiful, with high ceilings making the open floor plan feel even more spacious. When you move about in the night, from the ultra comfortable bed to the spotless kitchen or bathroom, soft-glow motion sensor lighting accompanies you every step of the way! While there, the bottom dropped out of the weather temperature, but you would never know it inside - perfectly stable cozy temp, with not a single cold area anywhere! Then there's FULLY equipped kitchen (reverse osmosis filter!!), great TV, comfortable couch, washer/dryer, etc. PERFECT!

The space was very nice and inviting. The home had everything you would need. It was very relaxing and it had a great outdoor space to relax and sit by a fire with family and friends. Would definitely recommend for couples trying to getaway for a weekend!

Beautiful home, beautiful surroundings, so peaceful. The house had everything we needed. The bed could have been a little more comfortable, but overall we loved our stay.

This was mine and my Husband's second time here and we could not love it more! It is absolutely beautiful and there is so much to do. Sharon and Lonnie are extremely hospitable and thoughtful. We will absolutely be back this summer!

Carla’s place was awesome! Super clean,quiet, laid out very well, the rustic ceiling was my favorite!! If we are ever are in Tyler again, I hope her place is available! You won’t be sorry!

Stay was great! Amazing cottage! Great outdoor area with all the foliage. Private driveway as well that was really nice. The fenced yard is great for a fur babies with plenty of room to play. Overall, a great stay and very accommodating.

My wife and I felt welcome and at ease right from start. Alton genuinely cares about his guests. Driving just a mile down a country road just off I20, you find yourself getting lost in the beautiful peaceful surroundings at this cottage. Once inside, Al had snacks to welcome us to his clean, comfortable cozy cottage. We found everything we needed during our stay from room to room. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of linens and blankets. We slept great as it is quiet at night. During daytime there is a nice fenced in yard with 2 grills and a firepit that we enjoyed. Nothing negative to say. Would highly reccomend you give this place a try!

We had a fantastic stay. View was so beautiful and peaceful. Our hostess was very friendly and even checked up on us during some severe weather. Would absolutely stay there again.
