The house was great! Comfy beds, clean, everything we needed after ling days with horses. Would stay here again.

We had an amazing experience staying at Amanda Retreat in Whitehouse, TX. Ron had very quick responses when we did have questions. The place was truly like a retreat with the pool, slide and very relaxing atmosphere. Will 100% stay here again. Very family oriented.

My family celebrated Easter here and it was a great experience. It was a very suitable home for our three young children. The fenced grassy yard with the play set allowed them to play outside as much as they wanted, which is a huge plus! The home was clean and had everything we needed. Having a store just a couple minutes down the road was super convenient. Savanna’s recommendations about the area and local restaurants were helpful. We loved Wade’s Place! Other features we loved include the movie/game room, TVs in every bedroom, access to washer/dryer, and the spacious patio area. The property definitely matched the pictures and description. We feel lucky to have been able to spend the holiday weekend here! I would 100% recommend this listing to any family needing a kid-friendly place to stay.

Doug’s little hideaway was a great place to stay for our Easter visit with family. It was private and quiet. We try to stay at one of his places when we visit Tyler. Doug is a great host! We’ll try to book one of his places when we visit again.

The boys absolutely loved staying at your place! They enjoyed being on the water and the house was perfect for them!

We loved the porch- lake views, piney woods, and birdwatching. The setup is thoughtful and simple. Lil lake house gives you everything you need. Deceptively behind a business but when to drive into the covered, well lit parking, you see your first glimpse of the water and realize that it is private and quiet.

Stacey is a top notch host! She is extremely proactive in making sure your stay is nothing short of amazing. She is very personable and easy to communicate with. We loved her home so much! It's decorated beautifully and has more than you could ever need. We will stay here again!

Very peaceful and beautiful place, my family and I enjoyed it so much, my 70 old father and the adult grandkids said that is the new family vacation spot for summers when we go to visit our daughter. Very rustic, but well taken care of property. My dad loved the coffee they provided.

The cabin was beautiful and sooo peaceful. It was exactly like the photos. My dog and I had the best relaxation and the gravel road circling the whole property was a good half mile walk for him. The wifi was even strong enough for some Netflix binging.

Emily’s place is nestled in a peaceful quiet environment. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. The views are awesome. We will definitely come back in the spring.

I can't even put in words how awesome our stay was! Shelly's was the best host I've ever had! she's absolutely amazing! we had everything we needed and more! from the time we got there to the time we lefted it was a piece of heaven! We saw all the animals ( kangaroos, dear, ducks, Buffalo, elk ,puppies, sweet dogs, cow and pip ) caught 2 bass ! plus all the people who stayed there had kids like us and the kids played and had so much fun! The paddle boat was a huge hit with the kids ! Me and my husband even had a ride before we lefted! Shelly's an extremely amazing host I can't even tell you how great she is! she was made to host and raise sweet animals ❤️ we didn't want to leave 😢 💔 I can't wait to bring the kids back and my other family next time since there's a double cabin! We had a wonderful time at Willow’s Cabin. It was the exact vibe we were looking for for our relaxing weekend away. The dogs had so much fun playing in the ponds, and we had even more fun meeting the pigs, relaxing in the hot tub, and making s’mores. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
