Newly renovated beach cottage - The Little Jewel. Cozy beach decor with all amenities just bring your swim suit. Full stocked kitchen, if you like to cook. Or one block over is Mason Avenue with restaurants and shopping to enjoy. Enjoy the sunsets on the over sized porch. Perfect for small families and couples. Watch all the action on the water right out the front door with local waterman in and out of beautiful Carter's Creek to and from the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. There are marinas and The Tides Inn very close by. This property provides privacy and a short 10 minute drive to nearby restaurants and shops in Irvington, Kilmarnock, and White Stone.

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You will enjoy the views of amazing wildlife, boaters, the beach, and breath-taking sunsets all while sitting on the back porch.
