I had a wonderful stay at Mornish Schoolhouse and was lucky enough to visit during a week when the weather was absolutely beautiful. Katya is an amazing host - friendly, welcoming, attentive and full of helpful advice about the island. I was visiting Mull on my own and this was a perfect base for me - it was nice to have someone to chat to at the beginning and end of each day. I also loved the breakfast. As other guests have said, everything is homemade and Katya puts so much care into its preparation and presentation. Katya and her family have chosen a lifestyle that is very in tune with this enchanted island and it was a privilege to be able to share in this for a few days.

The accommodation is located at a stunning location, with superb views of Luskentyre. It is a cozy house. Norman was very responsive and helpful. He gave good local tips, and even gave us a packet of pasta when when we forgot to buy it! 100% will return to this place!

Ruth's place is a lovely cosy apartment in a beautiful location! Spotlessly clean and comfortable - perfect for 2. There is everything you need here for your stay and Ruth left us some welcome goodies on arrival. We loved the Orkney cheese! As we stayed here at the end of our fortnight in Scotland - the washing machine came in handy and washing dried really quickly on tbe airer provided. Very peaceful with great views from the decking area - great to sit and hear nothing but birds! It's only a few mins drive into Ullapool. It's walkable but only for the very fit as it's up a steep hill! There a nice walks with stunning views along paths further up the road. We had a really relaxing time here - there's plenty to do in the area and some great restaurants and independent shops in the town. We would highly recommend and found it very good value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Has everything you need and just a short 10min walk to town. Angela was so kind and responsive and was very welcoming when we arrived. We wished we could have stayed longer than a day! Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Mairi,s place it was in a lovely peaceful location ,the caravan was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Was very cozy with a good heater in living room. Mairi was very friendly and welcoming. It was very easy to find thanks to Mairi,s instructions. Would love to return there again and would recommend to friends and family. We loved meeting the friendly deer who visited in the evenings.

Très bel endroit mais pas évident à trouver lorsque vous arrivez dans le noir et ce, malgré les très bonnes instructions de l'hôte. En demandant, nous avons trouvé.

We had a Great stay at James AirBnB :) The Room is cozy with an own bathroom, a kitchen to use and everything you need. We can absolutely recommend it :)

We had a fantastic time at Jules and Mikes studio. It was a last minute booking to get out of Storm Ashley's path and what a lucky find. The studio was perfect for the 2 of us to hunker down. It had everything we needed for a couple of days relaxing. The views from the studio are fabulous and we were treated to seeing the golden eagle from our bed. It is a great location for visiting Scalpay (walk to the lighthouse is very good) and the rest of amazing Harris. Would highly recommend staying here and also checking out the fabulous hats and cushion covers Jules makes. Look forward to coming back soon.

Wow! We loved it here! Corrina was an amazing host and so wonderful and kind! The Airbnb was beautifully done, such a lovely kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The view from the Airbnb was stunning, one direction was the loch and beautiful hills and the other was Ben Nevis. We loved it here and cannot wait to come back!!

The loft was fabulous and had everything you needed for a relaxed , pampered stay and more. Loved the decor, comfy bed and recliners. Lovely fluffy towels and little extras were thoughtful. Generous basket of goodies to sustain my walks! Had some fantastic seafood and enjoyed the trip to Knoydart and Morar. Weather was so good . It was Scotland at its best. I was grateful for my lifts to and from the train station. Home and feel I’ve had a great break even though it was just 3 nights Thank you x

Such a lovely place ! The library is very cosy; we really enjoyed our reading evenings close to the fire after our walking days in Skye island… Amazing place, highly recommended.

Die nette kleine Unterkunft liegt etwas versteckt in einer reinen Wohngegend. Hinter dem Gartenzaun wird es dann gemütlich und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

We loved the location of the bunkroom and cabin.The view from our accommodation was breathtakingly beautiful. While the accommodation was simple, we slept really well in the comfortable bunk beds and Janey had thought of everything we could need in the cabin. We had booked late and felt really blessed to have found Janey's place. We will never forget our time at Knoydart it was amazing. The scenery and the peace were out of this world It was well worth travelling fifteen hours to find such a gem. We really hope to return. Thanks to Janey for the accommodation and setting. A rare gift.

A beautiful retreat near Elgol on the Isle of Skye. Located off the beaten track and ideally situated for those wanting to do sea tours at Elgol and the Spar Cave (both of which we did and would recommend). The lodge has a nice, functional kitchen with easy to use white goods and oven, including a dishwasher which was very handy. The bedroom was spacious and cosy and the bathroom was nice and clean. The view from the bedroom and living space is unbeatable. Would recommend.

We had an amazing time and can’t thank Keith & Tessa enough for their hospitality. We feel very lucky that we found such a lovely place to stay and can wholeheartedly recommend their Airbnb. We would happily stay there again any time. Also, Kyleakin is a great place to start exploring the Isle of Skye.
