The charming blue holiday home is situated on a quiet road at the north end of Chapel St Leonards. 500 metres to the south is the centre of the village with a traditional seaside resort flavour of cafes, bars, shops and arcades. For a quieter vibe, head north along the beach, via Chapel Point to vast stretches of sandy coastline, coastal country park and wonderful walking, cycling and nature spotting possibilities.

Just five minutes walk to the beach (dog friendly )and to the Sea Front and main promenade. The property is located in the quieter North part of the town, however it's only a 10 minute walk to the town centre. From the kitchen are double french doors onto the deck. Which has seating and a barbecue for your use. The garden is enclosed with a firepit and grass area.

The Olivia’s apartments are situated in central Skegness next door to Weatherspoons and only a minutes walk from the town centre and the train station. The apartment comprises of 1 main bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, lounge with sofa bed and bathroom. (No bath) The apartment is situated above the popular Olivia’s Cocktail Bar and therefore some noise can be heard in the apartment above.
