It’s hooked up to water, electricity, and septic. Pets are allowed, with a $350/pet. Bring your horses, it’s an equestrian facility, barn, & pasture.

Our one of a kind “Skoolie” experience offers all the amenities of home packed into a 40’ renovated school bus. The skoolie is parked right on the Skagit River offering the possibly of elk and deer as well as river otters, beavers and occasional bald eagles flying overhead. We are close to many outdoor hiking adventures, lakes and fishing opportunities.

RV w/private back bedroom (separator door). Also sleeps two upfront (couch that slides out). RV stays in place but you don't have to.

Forest & River Refuge

We offer a comfortable, furnished wall tent in the woods along the Stilliguamish River. It's a private setting well suited to escaping busy urban life. There is a tarped kitchen area for all the cooking, a hot water shower and a gas fire pit for warming up and ambiance as well as a private bench along the river. You can access a rail trail and walk (or bike) 1 mile to Squire Creek or 6 miles to Darrington. We are on the edge of National Forest and there is a lot of hiking nearby.

The 4000-acre Deception Pass State Park is your backyard when you walk through your own private gate. Explore the nearby lake using borrowed kayaks.
