It has its own entrance, a dining area, sitting area with fold-out couches, kitchenette and queen bed. Close to family-friendly activities, including Hillcrest Park playgrounds, public transport, and the city center. This studio is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The 2,000 sq ft Maplehurst Farm Guesthouse, located in the Skagit Valley, is offered for rent for the first time in June of 2016. Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, a 6 person hot tub, & sleeps up to 12 guests. It's possible to rent just the top or bottom floors separately, (see our other 2 listings) or the entire house. Located 10 min. west of La Conner, guests can browse shops, adventure on unique hikes, or enjoy a relaxing beach stroll.

Less than 20 minutes away by auto you can visit Edison, La Conner, and the Salish sea. Back Roads Airbnb

We love our quiet country home that we decided to share the back separate part of our home for mature Airbnb guest. We also decided to make the minimum stay for 7 days. Ideal for somebody who likes to work remotely, vacation or your in the Navy looking for something temporarily. We have 1.7 Landscape acres where the Island deer and Eagles roam free. We also have a fire pit to cook smores. Make sure you look at all photos. Please read House Rules.

Riverclay Studio is hidden away in the alley just a few steps from the Skagit River. Edgewater Park and many popular restaurants, pubs, espresso and entertainment opportunities are within walking distance. It is reached by way of stairs from the back of the original Riverclay Studio which we once ran as a pottery and gallery and was once our home. Our address is also home to Skagit Valley Larder that operates in the downstairs level of the building.

The Granary at Avon Acres - Private Guest Cottage

The Granary is a recently converted 110 year old grain shed (remodeled Summer 2020). It features a full kitchen, vaulted ceilings, bedroom loft and beautiful .75 bath. Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
