These cabins have breathtaking surroundings. Beautiful location. All of the necessities you need in accommodations and Ragnar makes you feel like you are at home. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Vik area!

Ragnar is een erg aardige host. Hij vertelde met vol enthousiasme over IJsland en mochten we vragen hebben konden we bij hem terecht. Het huisje was erg schoon en compleet. Er is een tweepersoonsbed in een soort bedstee gemaakt wat je met een gordijn kunt afsluiten. Er is een tweepersoons bedbank en ook nog een 1 persoons uitklapbed beschikbaar. De locatie is fantastisch . Het huisje staat aan het bekende zwarte strand ! Dichterbij kun je niet zitten met je huisje! Vanuit je huisje loop je dus zo het strand op om de omgeving te verkennen. De bekende basaltblokken, en de grot liggen op een paar minuten wandelen, waar je ook uitzicht hebt op de stenen pilaren van Reynisfjara. Bij het strand is een eetgelegenheid waar je prima kunt eten. Het kleine stadje Vik ligt op 10 minuten rijden. Je kunt met de auto in ongeveer 15 minuten naar Dyrholaey rijden waar je de mooie rotsboog kunt zien.

Sofia’s cottage was so cozy and peaceful. It was probably my favorite place that I stayed at during my south coast trip. It was clean, had all the essentials, and actually seemed newer than what I saw from the pictures. I wasn’t lucky enough to see them during my stay(too cloudy), but the location of the cottage is ideal for the northern lights! I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. We received detailed instructions, so getting there and checking in was no problem. The place was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Also, they had washing machines and dryers, free to use.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Aussicht ist auch wunderschön. Auf Fragen wurde immer blitzschnell reagiert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

What a cute converted shipping container tiny home community. There is access to free washers and dryers and free area where guests leave food and other items they no longer need. It felt like a community even for the one night we stayed. Even the fold out bed was really comfortable! Highly recommend.

Incroyable chalet moderne au fin fond de la forêt qui est accessible facilement en voiture. Déconnexion totale au milieu des sapins. Agusta a été très disponible et arrangeante pour régler nos petits soucis techniques. Je recommande vraiment ce logement !!!

Very secluded and quiet area. Free parking on site with electric car chargers. Had everything we needed, it's about 30 minute drive from the nearest town so we got groceries and cooked ourselves. Great to have laundry on site for free. Would recommend!

Cabin has everything you wish to find in small cabin. View from dining space to the lake was breathtaking during breakfasts and dinners. We liked the vibes of cabin so much. Living room and both sleeping spaces were comfortable. Walls were a little thin, but it was ok for us.
