Wonderful family house in the shadow of Olympus

Our place lies ten meters from the sea, next to a quiet beachfront, where one of the most incredible sunshines, fall behind the mountain Olympus. It is ideal for families, as well as for visitors who seek an ideal retreat from city's fuss and a place to inspire themselves. As a family of 5, with children and grandchildren, we have experienced some of the best moments of our lives in this house, ever since our parents, Giannis and Zoi, built this house, and hope to share this experience with you!

This spacious and luminous fully equipped villa is ideal for big families, 3-4 couples or 2 couples with 4 children. In the huge private garden (~1000 m2) you can sunbathe relaxed while your children may play for hours safely. For the grill-lovers, there is also a BBQ. The golden-sand organized beach is only 400 m. away. There you will find numerous restaurants, bars & cafes. Just across the street in front of the house there is a mini-market while big supermarkets are a 2-minute drive away.

The property is located in Siviri, a small traditional greek fish village, on the west coast of Kassandra,80 km from Thessaloniki,few steps from the sea and 8 minutes walk from the village center(taverns,supermarket,water sports) You can enjoy your breakfast/dinner on a beautiful terrace, overlooking the sea. When entering the accommodation you will find two bedrooms, one living room with a convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower.

The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

Unser Siviri Apartment liegt ruhig am nördlichen Ende des Ortes. Die Strandpromenade ist etwa 50 Meter entfernt, so dass alle Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht werden können. Das Apartment ist "Next To The Sea" - es befinden sich keine weiteren Häuser oder Straßen zwischen Apartment und Meer. Das Meeresrauschen begleitet Euch in den Schlaf. Der Strand ist innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar und bietet genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Μοναδικός χορός για να κάνετε τις διακοπές σας αξέχαστες! Υπέροχο περιβαλον δίπλα στη θάλασσα! Γεμάτο ανέσεις με εξαιρετική θεα και το καλύτερο ηλιοβασίλεμα της Ελλάδας στο πιάτο σας!! Η παραλία βρίσκεται μπροστά στο σπιτι 1 λεπτο με τα πόδια είναι παρά πολύ μεγάλη με αμμο!! Υπάρχουν εστιατόρια σούπερ μάρκετ φαρμακειο σε απόσταση 5 λεπτά από το σπιτι !

Cute family house by the sea!

Small but comfortable house by the sea and next to Siviri centre with 2 floors. At the lower floor there are 3 beds, 1 double and 2 single. There is a wall in between to offer more privacy between the double bed and the 2 singles. At the upper floor there is the living room, bathroom and kitchen. Only 20 meters from the sea! (or less)

DREAMING VIEW HOUSE

This apartment is in SIVIRIS Chalkidiki, about an hour’s drive from Thessaloniki International Airport. Modern, fully furnished and on the top of the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room. All electrical and electronic amenities are included. Sleeps 4 people comfortably.
