Merhaba, keyifli ve huzurlu bir yerdi, herkese tavsiye ederim. Balkonda mangal yapmak için bir ızgara yoktu. Balkonda şemsiye yoktu ve sandalyeler ıslaktı, bu yüzden balkonu kullanamadık. Geri kalan her şey harikaydı.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

Biz iki gece bu Airbnbde misafir olduk. Ev çok temizdi ve kendimi oldukça rahat hissettim. Giriş katında yer alıyor. Nişantaşı’na yürüyerek sadece birkaç dakika mesafede ve çevresinde birçok restoran, kafe ve market bulunuyor. Bahçesi çok güzel ve tamamen özel. Bizi sadece tek bir şey biraz rahatsız etti: tuvaletten zaman zaman gelen lağım kokusu. Ancak İstanbul’daki birçok yapıda benzer bir durum olduğu için ve ev sahibinin bu konuda bir suçu olmadığını düşündüğümden yine de 5 yıldız verdim.

Perfectly located within 20 seconds of everything but conveniently quiet and private on a sidestreet. Great for short stays and a responsive host.

Отличный вариант, чтобы остановиться в Стамбуле на неделю или даже месяц. Квартира находится в оживленном районе Нишанташи с множеством магазинов, кафе и ресторанов в пешей доступности. Также рядом есть остановки общественного транспорта и станция метро Османбей, что значительно облегчает все передвижения по городу. Стоимость аренды на месяц была довольно доступной для этого района. Сам Gökhan был отзывчивым и быстро отвечал на наши вопросы и решал все возникавшие мелкие бытовые вопросы. Квартира очень уютная и атмосферная, находится на нулевом этаже, есть свой небольшой сад с террасой. Спасибо Gökhan за гостеприимство.

Terası gerçekten keyifliydi, akşamları oturmak çok güzeldi. Ev temizdi ve ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her şey vardı. Sessiz bir bölgede olması da artı.

Daire konum olarak uygun bir yerde, Otopark büyük rahatlık. Uyumaya engel bir gürültü yok. Mutfak gereçleri var fakat, ufak tefek giderilebilecek eksikler var. Orda kaldığım süre İstanbuldaki 6,2 şiddetindeki depreme denk geldi. Ev sahibinin bu süreçte yazıp ilgilenmesi ayrı bir nezaket. Tekrar kalabileceği bir daire, teşekkür ediyorum.

We enjoyed our stay, apartment was great, location too. Had some work while I was in Istanbul so fast internet was great, the TV wasn’t working with the subscriptions but otherwise no complaints :)

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Belle décoration, calme, bien situé, meublé. Il y a aussi un accès à une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Bosphore. L appartement est idéalement situé je le recommande vivement

Thanks to Kerem for me check in early and telling me how to take the metro from the airport to the apartment. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the birds singing. Within 15 minutes' walk there are parks, cafes, restaurants, currency exchange, supermarkets, buses and metro.........

Benny ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Er hat uns persönlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment liegt perfekt für einen Besuch von Istanbul. Obwohl sehr nahe an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße ist es ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe, so dass wir überall sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hinkommen konnten. Die Gegend ist noch eher einfach, das Apartment fällt hier sehr positiv auf. Das Apartment ist über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen und liegt auf zwei Etagen. Unten sind zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette, oben befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-level apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a cozy yet modern feel. One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨
