Hello, and welcome to the lodge, country living. We are a hunting lodge located in Southeastern South Dakota. 10 minutes from Vermillion, 10 minutes to I-29. You are booking our guest house! A space for you and your family to relax, unwind and enjoy the quiet countryside. You will love the outdoor spaces. Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

Whether you're coming to town for a ball game, a college visit, or to visit family and friends, you'll have plenty of space to relax or spend time with loved ones. Located a few blocks from Dordt University and downtown Sioux Center, the Old Town Inn offers a home away from home whatever the reason for your visit.

This historical Arts & Crafts home offers a special touch to your gathering in this quaint Dutch town. Centrally located just one block off the main street and across from the Courthouse. This Air B&B offers the perfect get-away stay from the rush and stresses of life. This is a lovely 2 bedroom one bath main floor unit. We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and the Tyson Event Center and less than 15 minutes from Landman Golf Club. Most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
