The apartment had a total of 4 rooms and a common space shared by everyone. There were a total of 8 of us in one of the rooms which had 4 bunk beds. Quite space constrained in the room, but it’s alright if you don’t mind a little squeeze. The only bad thing is that there was only 1 shower shared by all 4 rooms, so you may probably wanna factor in some waiting time for the shower! However, the host provided excellent service on her part. She was never hesitant to give us food recommendations and places to visit. Her quick responses also made it easier to communicate. Location wise, the apartment was pretty near the mrt station (Formosa Boulevard). About a 5-7mins walk with convenience stores and local eateries along the way. On the whole, we enjoyed our time spent here and would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Kaohsiung.

小玉 is perhaps one of the nicest and hospitable host I’ve ever met through my multiple Airbnb stay. She went out of her way to pick us up from the nearest train station though the Airbnb was relatively easy to find through the map. She’s a proactive host who will ask for our convenient mode of communication and our itinerary so that she could suggest places she, as a local would recommend. It was our first time visiting Kaohsiung and she really exceeded our expectation. Brought my mum along with us and even my mum was really happy with the place, amenities and stay. Thank you, 小玉 for going above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this listing to those who are looking for a place to stay in Kaohsiung!

Very friendly and helpful. The place has a great location directly at the night market so it is very busy outside and you can try a lot of small food stands. The apartment is nicely decorated, the bathroom is a bit older with some loose tiles. But all is still well maintained and as shown on the pictures.

Enjoyed our stay at HostRental it was easily accessible by train and local attractions. Good for large groups we were satisfied with the amenities such as the common area.

Eddie was a fantastic and extremely helpful host. My partner and I were cycling through Taiwan and needed a place to store our checked bag while we made our way to Kaohsiung. Eddie was able to accommodate us and allowed us to send our suitcase to the accommodation ahead of time, which was a big help to us. He is always responsive and willing to help where he can. We enjoyed the space very much and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

I loveddd my stay here! Massive room with ensuite, in a big clean apartment centrally located. Loads of sunlight in the room with a big desk and all the amenities you'd need. If you are remote working, this is the perfect place to stay as it has a really good set up for work. I could easily have stayed here for weeks or months, if I could I would have :D Thank you to Daniela for accommodating my early check in, if I am back in Kaohsiung I for sure will book this place again.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described on Airbnb—what you see in the listing is exactly what you get. The entire apartment was very clean, especially the bathroom. The location is also super convenient, right across from Exit 3 of Central Park, making it easy to get around. One thing we really appreciated was how generous the host was with the water supply—there was a daily provision, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that while our booking was for a group of 9, the provided bedding (pillows and blankets) was only for 8 people. The host mentioned that the room is actually meant for 8 but can accommodate up to 10 if necessary. When we requested extra bedding, there was an additional charge of 600 yuan. Overall, it was a great stay, and we appreciate the host’s hospitality!

Nice place to stay if you’re travelling to Kaohsiung. The small apartment is well situated in the intersection between the two MRT lines making it a convenient stay for those looking to explore the city. Two night markets within minutes mean lots of activities right at your doorstep. You’re given all toiletries you would need for your stay as well as water and a fridge. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom with only some frosted glass without a door so offers only limited privacy from your partner. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would come back.

It’s a lovely place to stay, perfectly located near both the red and orange lines. The night market is just in front of the accommodation, which was super convenient. Ruby was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and really attentive to her guests

离火车站很近 去六合夜市也方便 价格合理 房东和管理员人都很好 有冷气有热水 这次在高雄停留一晚 感觉挺满意～
