We were staying in another Airbnb with this team when something happened to the pool. Within minutes they had suggested alternatives and we were moved to this apartment closeby. Both were easy to get into and spotlessly clean with good amenities. Communication was excellent, and this property is in a great area, with great restaurants and a large mall nearby. The only thing to note is that although it has a full kitchen, it has no way to cook anything, but we wnt out and used Grab a lot.

This spacious two-level Airbnb exceeded expectations. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the large balcony on a high floor offered stunning views and a relaxing breeze. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. Despite being in a lively area, it remained quiet and restful. A convenience store nearby and 糖水街 (dessert street) just 5 minutes away were great perks. The host was responsive, and the check-in process was smooth. Useful amenities like a drying area and iron made longer stays more convenient. One small note for drivers: the road leading up to the car park is quite narrow, so take it slow when driving up. But this minor inconvenience is easily overlooked given all the positives of this unit. Highly recommended for its space, cleanliness, location, and thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay again!

裝修很新、美麗、設施實用，房子很大，屋內很清潔衛生，地點位置超讚，是極推的房源，而且高性價比。旅居主人回覆很快。

The location is great as very near to eateries and in the centre of Ipoh town. The kitchen, room and bathroom is also very clean , good to stay for 4-5 people.

The place is spacious and easy to check in, the neighbourhood is quiet and feels safe. We had problem with the water heater and water pressure in the bathrooms, but Nixon was very responsive, he came over to check and arranged for someone to fix the water heater despite it was the CNY eve. The place does not have water dispenser but Nixon provided bottled water for us.

Everything was nice but only few door locks malfunctioning! And also few lights in a hall started to blink after few hours of turning on it! Other than that everything was fine. Key collection was sooo easy with this host and house, since theres no any complicated steps!!! Thank you host!

I am so happy to choose this home stay as very convenient and easy to go anyway for eat with walk way only. The stay is clean and well provided for everything needed.

Host is very friendly and helpful when we facing some small issue during check in Around the homestay have many restaurants and that day we went got pasar malam below. The once thing we face difficult only parking it’s peak hours when we arrive it’s hard to find parking

overall the stay was good 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🌟🌟, but the lamps were too dim. it was quite hard to see at night, especially while cooking. i suggest the lights need to be replaced by the brighter white ones for better visibility 🥹🥹🥹

Cate and Jackie’s place is near to the tourist area and walkable to most of the famous eatery place in Ipoh. Interior is very spacious and squeaky clean. Jackie is very responsive and answered any question I had in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Nice place. Comfortable for family stay. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with the burning of the paddy fields and resulted in unpleasant smoke and odor.

One of the better air bnb I've stayed in ipoh. the place was very clean and the air conditioning was super cold which was great for us after a long day walking under the sun. KY was very responsive to text messages and everything else was a breeze. Will definitely recommend and stay there again next time.
