Awesome place. Stayed there for a week with my family. Perfect location to anywhere in London. Walking distance to the train station. In the heart of Wembley Stadium so near the shops, restaurants and outlets. Nice building with many facilities. Modern yet super comfortable on the inside with a nice flow to it. Would highly recommend it and the host is very courteous and responsive.

"Absolutely fantastic experience at Ani's lovely flat! The location is perfect - just a 5-minute walk to Wembley Stadium and only 30 minutes to King's Cross and St Pancras. The accommodation itself is beautiful, clean, and classy. We didn't need the parking, but it's great to know it's available on the drive if required. Ani went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack, complete with prosecco, tea, coffee, and delicious biscuits that my kids thoroughly enjoyed. The flat is ideal for families, with a single bed in its own room, a double bed with a single bed in another room, and a comfy double settee bed in the lounge. This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). The appartment was very clean and modern and we particularly liked all the artwork! We had lovely views over a peaceful river setting. The hosts gave very clear instructions. An ideal place in which to stay to explore historic Warwick and the surrounding area.

Me and my family had a wonderful 3 weeks stay. The place is near town center where you can do your grocery and shopping. The accommodation is clean and spotless. Dean is helpful and responsive that even near midnight he came to sort out one minor issue. I highly recommend this place.

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Stayed here while travelling for work, good location and had everything we needed nearby. Adam was helpful and responsive and checked in during the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Easy place to find and the location was very good. The walk to the high street was nice and the journey to town did not take too long either. The apartment is spacious and modern and the smart tv was very easy to use and connect to. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We were very late booking this place, but Pearl responded within minutes and accommodated us on a very short notice. We were given tips on where to eat and where to visit. Lovely cosy place within easy reach of all the local Pubs and restaurants. Will come back again.

FIVE STARS! A stunning home, immaculately kept, had everything we needed and was a 10 minute (beautiful) walk to everything- high street pubs shops and canal. Just the right location and place. We received a well written information on access, parking, use of all kitchen equipment. Very clean and very tidy, relaxing and comfortable house. A big thank you to Francis
