George’s place was the perfect beach getaway! The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location can't be beat - just a short walk to the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the sand and surf. The host was welcoming and check-in was a breeze. I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing beach vacation. Five stars all the way!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

House is cute and homey. Described and pictured as listed. Great location to the beach. Sarah called beforehand to let me know all the details. There was a very nice welcome basket full of snacks. The house had lots of things to do including games, cookware, bikes, and beach equipment. Overall, had a great stay!

Great house for our family. All adult children had their own bedrooms, kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. Very close to the beach, just 1 minute walk.

We loved our stay here. My wife loves mid century modern and the place was true to form inside and out. The minimalism was awesome and perfect for across the street from the beach. Pleasant change from the mansions and townhomes. I surf so suiting up in the garage and very brief walk to sand was great. Not many people around even better. Oxnard is our favorite getaway and this place was perfect for laying low and enjoying the beach. Go eat at Freddy's Pizza and order cheese sticks - old school Oxnard and so good!

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

Another amazing stay at Chase’s beach house! We had an wonderful stay. From the sunsets on the beach, relaxing in the spa and exploring the local restaurants, this vacation was exactly what we needed. Thank you so much Chase, we look forward to visiting again soon!

We loved our stay. It was a wonderful spot for our family to find peace during a trying time. A few short minutes from a very lightly trafficked beach; we could not have asked for a better place to stay. We are so grateful for the accommodations!

Serge's place was perfect for my daughter & I for our vacation! Inside was very roomy and extremely clean! We walked to the beach everyday, maybe 5 minutes from Serge's to the sand. Even enjoyed the hot tub in the clubhouse. There is even a 1 car garage, which was really great! This rental was exactly as described and I would definitely rent it again!! Highly recommend! 😊

This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.

Louise is great, friendly and responsive. The unit is a good value. . The unit is near the beach, just a short walk away. The complex' Clubhouse has a nice sized indoor pool and Jacuzzi, with ping-pong tables, foosball and pool tables also available. In case the weather is not good, you and your kids have a good alternative place to enjoy..

Me and my family loved this place, from the inside and out. This place has a beautiful view of the beach sunset and in general a really relaxing experience. DeLayne is an outstanding host. The home is beautiful with creative high end architectural details. Architect and owner thought out of the box with many features. Spotless and fresh. Very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to find and is in a safe gated community that is quiet. Home is furnished with all you need in bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen as you were family. The location is ocean front with amazing views of Channel Islands. Surfing is excellent just steps from the house. Have stayed at many beach homes. By far we think this is our favorite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. We loved getting to sip our morning coffee on the patio, watching the paddle boarders and birds go by. Soaking in the hot tub was also a highlight. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach, too. A great place for a group.

We enjoyed our stay and could relax and unwind near the Ocean. The beach was extremely close and though cold and rainy, we could go on daily walks in the sand on a very quiet, almost private, beach. It felt secluded and peaceful. Nice to enjoy the hot tub when we got back!

Was a great place and Donovan and Gretchen were great. They were quick to communicate and super friendly. I would stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Stayed for two days. Place is very much as shown in the photos. We also found it to be very clean unlike some recent reviews, so I think there has been some kind of improvement on that. HVAC worked fine, and each room has its own space heater just in case. Great place to chill and relax with the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

This home was just as described in terms of the space itself, location, contents, amenities and was perfect for our family of 5 adults and one toddler. The kitchen was equipped with everthing we needed, far more than I've seen in other Airbnbs. It was nice having everyone on one floor and not having to contend with staircases. I love old homes and their character. It, of course, was updated with the conveniences we would expect for today's living, but there was a lot of charm captured with wall hangings of the era it was built in and Rudolf Valentino, its original occupant. My only regret was that our stay was at the end of chilly December and not during the warmer months when we could more fully enjoy the beach, but we knew that when we booked it. We plan to return in season!

This was the best spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. The space had an indoor-outdoor feel with skylights, balconies and a beautiful garden. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools and comes meticulously labeled so things were easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiffany’s place was perfect for a weekend away. It was located next to the beach and was beautifully decorated. Having coffee and tea available was a nice touch. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway.
