Beautiful house with a gorgeous view from the balcony ! The guest amenities were nice and convenient to use. Its a great place for people who are looking to relax and dont care to be right in the downtown kelowna area.

Terrific spot for winter stay at Silverstar. Well appointed and spacious with cozy alpine hut vibes, easy access to skiing and walking to village. Awesome!

Great location for a relaxing few days

We wanted to have our family of ten (three generations) all together for a wonderful week of making memories. Kyle’s place was perfect for our needs. Beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. It was peaceful, but close enough to plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Nothing but good things to say!

Our family came from Alberta to stay in BC and we decided to stay at blackbird retreat in the valley. Amybelle and Chase were amazing hosts and the property was absolutely beautiful. This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Very modern with luxury appliances. This home is everything us more! It was well worth the money and would visit again in a heartbeat! Thank you again Amybelle and Chase for the wonderful visit!

This is a warm cozy little cabin in the woods. There are neighbors on either side, but it’s super quiet and feels more remote than it is. A low key, unfussy place for a little winter weekend getaway. There’s a fire pit outside, but the indoor fireplace is electric (this may influence how much wood you bring). The cabin itself doesn’t have any stairs in it, but there is a steep, slippery staircase to get into the place (our big dog struggled a lot and we ultimately had to use a ramp for him to get in and out). The king sized bed is extremely comfortable, there are blackout curtains (not that you need them in the winter) and electric baseboard heaters throughout. The kitchen has a mishmash of almost everything you need (including a surprising number of pâté knives, a milkshake glass and a single wine glass). There was an oversight in the cleaning and the kitchen wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, but Brendan responded promptly to our concerns and made appropriate arrangements. There are lots of trails nearby and plenty of exploring and adventuring to be had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

It’s one of the best vacations if not the best vacation that we have ever had with our family. To the fishing off our private dock, kayaking, campfires. It all combined for a great holiday and fun was had by all. Margaret and Boyd are fabulous hosts. They went over and above to make sure we had a good time. The accommodations were great and the most equipped house we have ever rented. All you need is your clothes, food and a toothbrush and you are good to go. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The cabin is gorgeous and the bed was super comfy so I slept very well indeed. It was an added bonus to be greeted each morning by the lovely chicken sisters ( 3 very friendly chickens ) and Sam the farm dog! I will definitely want to book again next time I am in the area .

We stayed at Bryan’s place for a few months while working on a construction job in Kelowna. The accommodations were comfortable and it was an excellent spot to unwind after a long day. Bryan was a fantastic host attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Brea’s place! The space is beautiful and the access to the water is ideal.

Wonderful place, and perfectly located half way between Vernon and Silverstar, which was excellent to access winter activities up at Silverstar or head into Vernon for hiking, etc.. Able to access everywhere quickly! Comfy beds, lovely accommodations. Good value too.

Darren was an exceptional host! He was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. He even added thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area.
